The balcony gets a lot of sun, which is lovely, and the appartement is walking distance from both Candelaria and Punta Larga. The hosts are super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely recommend this place! 😄

We had a great time at Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very nice and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is designed to make the stay go well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great time and it is successful.

We spent a cozy family vacation here in the immediate neighborhood of local friends. The location is great, you can go straight and explore the lava field Malpaís de Güimar or walk undisturbed by cars via the small promenade to the square where the children play and the parents can drink coffee or beer. The swimming area is also easily accessible on foot. From the sofa you can watch the waves, the sunrises are spectacular! Angela organized a travel bed for us, everything was easy to find and perfectly explained. The parking space in the underground parking lot is worth its weight in gold.

Large and cozy apartment with all comforts. Sea view and beach within walking distance. Not many amenities nearby. The car is essential! Very close to Santa Cruz and from here La Laguna and Las Teresitas are easily accessible.

As always, Yolanda's accommodation is very good, everything is clean and tidy, taking care of small details. Always making sure we felt at home. We will definitely repeat soon.

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure

Highly recommended. Very good location and also has a garage, which is a great place to leave the rental car without worrying. The building is very peaceful. The apartment is fully equipped and has replacement towels and shower gels, which is greatly appreciated. The bed is very comfortable as well. Jesus was very attentive and kind at all times.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, and Kasia was a great host. Lots of lovely touches, like complimentary wine and nibbles, as well as basics in the kitchen, such as a selection of tea, coffees, and cleaning products with quality toiletries also. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Kasia and her apartment. The balcony was fantastic for sunbathing and relaxing, and offered great sunset views.

The room was as stylish and clean as pictured.The host was also friendly and helpful.The sea was right in front of you, and the sunset was very beautiful from the window.There was plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any problems.I'd love to stay again next time I come.

Rafa's place was like a home—well-equipped, made for living and cooking. The location was great, not in the busy center, but within walking distance of the sea and restaurants. It was easy to park in the area. We encountered trouble with plumbers working in the same building, but Rafa was very responsive and communicated clearly and upfront. I could imagine renting the same place again :) Thanks!

Had a really great stay here! The host was super thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed — even snorkelling masks, and a baby crib which was a nice touch. The location is perfect for swimming and just a short walk to a lovely public beach. Highly recommend!

Olga's accommodation is simply amazing, it has everything you could possibly need. The view, the proximity to public transportation and shops, the swimming pools… everything allows us to have an excellent vacation in Tenerife. In addition, Olga is a very kind person and available for anything we need. 😍 I would recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We stayed for a week at Easter at Luis's apartment, as a family with 2 teenagers. The apartment is very well decorated , functional, with washing machine, dryer , dishwasher and 2 coffee machines, even a fridge in the double room. The view is beautiful on the ocean. Two TVs , a Netflix subscription available , and plenty of storage . We had a lovely relaxing time and close to bars, supermarkets . No complaints! Thank you also Luis for the attention , water and wine to welcome us, as well as clear and precise instructions.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

What a wonderful stay over 2 weeks for family and ski vacation :) Nuska is a hostess like from a picture book - always available, super helpful and accommodating. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Above all, very clean :) the location is perfect - close to the center and the beach. Supermarket right around the corner. The garage parking space is also great. The pool was not very busy, we usually had it to ourselves;) Thanks also for the baby bed, the high chair, toys and co. - so attentive:) We had a wonderful stay thanks to you in El Médano and highly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful, modern, high quality apartment, brand new & spotlessly clean. We didn't hire a car so the daily walks up the hill were tough at first but well worth it for the breathtaking view from the balcony & roof terrace. We arrived as the sun was setting, a memorable first impression! Nerka ( Edyta's husband) picked us up from the airport, highly recommend for a hassle free transfer with the bonus of door to door service. (The apartment entrance is a few minutes walk up the hill & round the corner from reception so it was handy to be driven there after picking up the key!). He was on time both ways, lovely guy. Edyta is lovely, replies quickly to all messages and was kind enough to agree to a late check out which was much appreciated. This apartment is beautiful, a real home from home which won't disappoint. Book it!
