From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The studio is ideal for one or two people to spend a few days in Tenerife. The views are beautiful and it is very conveniently located. Jesus also allowed me flexibility in checking out on the last day. As a negative, the terrace doors are not soundproofed, which lets in a lot of noise from the street and the sea.

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

The place looks even better than in the pictures, really magical! Rarely have I stayed in a place with so much attention to detail! Super clean and also equipped with everything! Javier himself is super supportive and was immediately available, even in the evening - thank you!

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather did not always accompany us, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The listing description matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps you disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whatsapping". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, right in front of the sea. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. We had a great time at Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very nice and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is designed to make the stay go well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great time and it is successful.

We spent a cozy family vacation here in the immediate neighborhood of local friends. The location is great, you can go straight and explore the lava field Malpaís de Güimar or walk undisturbed by cars via the small promenade to the square where the children play and the parents can drink coffee or beer. The swimming area is also easily accessible on foot. From the sofa you can watch the waves, the sunrises are spectacular! Angela organized a travel bed for us, everything was easy to find and perfectly explained. The parking space in the underground parking lot is worth its weight in gold.

My stay at this apartment was very enjoyable! The place met all my expectations – it was well-equipped and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The great view is definitely a highlight and adds a lot of charm to the place. The location is convenient, but it’s worth noting that having a car is recommended, as the bus stop and larger shops are quite far away. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays! I will definitely return on my next visit. 😊

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure

We had a wonderful time, on request the administration arranged romance for our arrival - flowers, wine, fruits, rose petals. The view of the ocean is gorgeous, the jacuzzi is great, very cool after an active day. The location is gorgeous, in a quiet place, but within walking distance to the city and cool cafes
