Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect—just a short distance from restaurants, the French Colony, and other key attractions—making it easy to explore. The overall experience was fantastic, and Joseph was incredibly helpful with his recommendations. The place had a warm, homely feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Terk is an amazing host. He was really responsive. He was really friendly and shared us a bunch of stuff to do in Pondy. The place was great and exactly as described in the pics and is really at a great location. Would 100% recommend staying here.

A lovely stay and one of the most friendly and communicative hosts. Ranjith is always available and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The stay is squeaky clean and looks like the photos, and everything is very convenient. I would rate the host 10 stars. In terms of the place itself, it is part of a larger resort which is kind of low budget so there are multiple parties going on especially on weekends, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but Ranjith handled that for us and you can tell the resort to tell the party people to keep it down. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but that is a personal preference. In terms of pros - one more shoutout to the host who went out of his way, there are clean utensils available for use, the bathroom is clean and the water pressure is just excellent, and the location is walking distance from some lovely Auroville attractions and eateries.

We reached out to Nischal for a same day check in when we were denied check-in at our pre-booked La Ruelle Apartment in Puducherry, we were left stranded on the road with a senior citizen with us, we reached out to Nischal and he was very quick to respond and we ended up booking his property, he quickly arranged our stay and also ensured we get a very quick and seamless check-in. The property itself is amazing with covered parking, Rock beach, Sri Aurbindo Asharam in very close proximity. All type of amazing french cafes are nearby. The flat itself is huge with all modern amenities and tastefully done interiors. The terrace offers terrific views of the sea. All creature comforts are present. He also regularly checked on us to ensure we are comfortable. All in all a truly amazing stay. If I have to nitpick then some basic tea/coffee satchets could be provided along with basic breakfast stuff like bread/butter( we have got this in our previous airbnb stays), also place was a lil dusty.

This is a great place to stay in Pondicherry. It's close enough to everything that you can walk within 15 minutes or less. The apartment itself is also HUGE. Great value for the space you get. One thing I would mention, however, is that the amenities in the listing are misleading. Washing machine and dryer are listed as amenities, but there is no washer and dryer. When I asked about it, the host said I should go to a laundry down the street. (I think maybe he didn't realize what he was clicking on when he adjusted the amenities list.) The description also says there is a refrigerator, but there is none. But the host is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

The stay was great, the place is located pretty close to the beach and there are a lot pf places to ear nearby. It is pretty close to the railway station as well. Totally recommend.

Joli appartement situé à 2 rues de l’ashram et du samadhi, dans un environnement plutôt calme ( pour Pondicherry). Victor est un hôte charmant et Sanath, en charge de l’accueil, est d’une infinie gentillesse, et d’une aide précieuse. Grâce à lui ce séjour a été parfait. Petit bémol concernant les appartements attenants dont les occupants ont fait beaucoup de bruit même la nuit. Cela a été vite réglé grâce à l’intervention de Sanath, mais c’est à savoir.

The homestay is located at 8min drive from White town which costs Rs.100 by auto. We chose to leave our car behind as the heart of Pondicherry gets too crowded over the weekend. Parking was a little tricky on the premises but Mr Kamalan personally took the car keys and helped us out throughout the stay. He is an embodiment of a perfect host and was there for all our needs. The space offered is a living room plus bedroom on the fourth floor of a building that he owns and stays in. It has a lift. The linen and bathroom were clean which is usually the primary requirement I look for in a homestay. And above all it was heart warming to meet a host who is there for a good conversation and will do everything to put you at ease. Thank you again.
