Monthly Rentals in Puddingstone Reservoir

Adriana and her husband are the best! It's a clean comfy space with all you need and fantastic amenities. I felt very safe there. I thought that the occasional train in the background might be a problem but it wasn't at all. I extended my stay to a month.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here! Kim was very kind and responsive. The place itself was beautiful and in such a great location. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! :)

Vivien’s stay is great. It’s just as pictured and tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s an easy drive to shops, food, and things to do. Vivien is also a responsive host and has included lots of thoughtful details in the space. I enjoyed my stay. :)

I spent nearly two months with Mike and Olivia at their Mid Century Modern guesthouse. It was perfect for me to start my relocation to California. As hosts, they are welcoming, accommodating, responsive and very helpful. As a place to stay, this apartment was amazing. Beautiful and creative inside and super close to University, historic downtown, and convenient to be able to explore surrounding towns and greater LA. I highly recommend a stay here. As family comes to visit I will be sure to check to see if this rental is available. It makes for a memorable stay!
