We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. It feels very good, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a lovely little friend 😅

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/out was easy. The location is great, 1 minute to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Usually I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

Very cozy, quiet place and nicely decorated. We were greeted by a very nice hostess with fruit from her garden. We will be happy to come back.

The place is close to the highway about 10m. A great place to relax while traveling Host great and speaks English very well Very clean rooms, brand new place to stay . Brand new facility Each room has its own toilet Optimal and all comforts when traveling in 6 people. Parking on the property. Absolutely quiet at night. Outdoor seating with a fire pit and grill invites you to sit outside. The house drinker to welcome it wasn't a mistake When traveling in the Balkans, this place was definitely one of the best

A view with apartment :-) - you can see across the street in the truest sense of the word. We mainly commuted back and forth between the balcony and the sea ... when we weren't cycling in the hinterland and hiking in Velebit or on the coast. Great hosts, great apartment, great vacation!

Really a beautiful place, wonderfully close to the sea, cottage was also great!

The hostess is very keen to preserve the privacy of each individual resident. She speaks almost fluent German, but is a native and knows every "hotspot". She responds quickly even to concerns outside the accommodation. We felt at home, so much at home that the farewell was emotional. It was wonderful and worth every penny for the comfort offered to us there. The pool was crystal clear and the accommodation was well maintained and the bathroom looked almost unused. I give this vacation and the accommodation villa mia in sveti juraj 5 out of 5 stars. I keep this vacation especially in my heart and say goodbye with a tear in my eye!

Great apartment offered by Lucija! Perfect location for enjoying the region's landscapes. Lucija is a great host who was able to advise us on lots of hikes despite the language barrier. 😉 We'll be back with pleasure!

Mladen is a perfect host who warmly welcomes his guests. He gives good descriptions of the location of his house that is very well maintained and in a very beautiful area. He also provides useful information and tips on nearby attractions. Parking space in front of the door. Beautiful outdoor space. Large heated pool with sun loungers. Everything is available for a beautiful vacation in a beautiful and friendly country. present for a nice time in Milan

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!
