Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Viterbo

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

I felt very comfortable, the location and the terrace are fantastic. It is a very special place and lovingly furnished. An extremely good restaurant right next door and also the communication with Caleb was easy, he took care of directly if there was a problem.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Staying here was such a unique experience! The layout of the space was creative and full of character — it was so much fun to explore all the little details. A truly memorable stay that felt different from anywhere else I’ve been. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Luigi’s place is something that simply cannot be put into words ❤️ The photos you see on the listing do not come even close to portraying the beauty of his home. The view from the terrace is more stunning than you could ever imagine and the interior of the home is incredibly charming. The village of Manciano is so quaint, and full of such friendly people. Every single place we ate was the best meal we’d eaten our entire trip, and all of the local staff and people were incredibly kind. I will recommend Luigi’s home to everyone, and I will probably return!!

Well, after our second stay at Milva‘s Nest, we must say it makes it very hard to stay any other place! Simona’s Airbnb is amazing! One is surrounded with beautiful art and wonderful home decoration that doesn’t skimp at all and makes you feel at home. Simona has taken great strides to make every detail of your stay very special from the wonderful crisp white sheets on that comfy bed, to the Nespresso coffee maker & pods, tea, sugar and cream brightening your every morning, to wonderful books to read and a kitchen & bathroom so fully stocked that you will feel so cared for and pampered! She even has a little heater to warm up the bathroom while you’re taking a shower, so you can feel all cozy and warm when you get out! We also really appreciated the washer AND DRYER! One of the very best things we have enjoyed on both of our stays here is that every window AND TERRACE have the most amazing view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside! Come stay and relax & be refreshed!
