The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the place for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If in addition to that you are animal lovers, you will be really satisfied with cats as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Excellent solution, both for the ample space available, and for the cleanliness, and for the availability and promptness in responding to every message, but above all for the location, a stone's throw from the center, but still without confusion. If I really had to try to find a flaw, I would recommend larger shower towels, but it's really just to find the hair in the egg. In short, for me it is highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful host. Very nice and clean apartment. You can park your car in the inner courtyard of the house. Excellent location, the house is 100 meters from the entrance to the Marmore waterfalls (upper viewpoint).

We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

Andrea was an amazing host that welcome us and gave us a tour of the Airbnb when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb.

Natalia welcomed us immediately with a smile, and was very available to help us with anything we needed. The accommodation is very clean and well-maintained, well-functioning services. Fully satisfied, if I were in the area again, we would choose it again!

The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

Valerio was very kind, flexible and responsive. The house matched exactly what was described.

Lovely quiet location with nice balcony looking out toward distant mountains. A 20min walk into town, but fine for us. There is a good bus service right around corner, and a huge shopping mall with lots of services. Claudia helped us out immediately when we needed. Bedroom and kitchen were fine. Tv had Netflix and Prime if needed. We really enjoyed our stay there and Terni itself, ideally located in a quiet place with great facilities . We used Terni as a mid way base to visit Rome and Assisi by train. Marmore falls area is also a great place to visit for a day, easy by bus from Terni.

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean accommodation. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. Also equipped with ample space and all the necessary amenities.

L'INCANTO SUL LAGO is a fantastic vacation home for its location and for the courtesy of Mrs. Chiara. We were welcomed as friends and not as guests, which made the vacation even more beautiful. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. If I could give a grade, I would give 30 with honors. The place would be ideal for brainstorming and writing stories, with the exception of distractions for good food and good wine. I left the house with a desire: to return as soon as possible to relive the same emotions and to enrich myself with other pleasures. You never stop learning and, thanks to the beautiful people, you come back richer from every trip.

Courteous, hospitable, and kind... Clean, tidy, cozy, tastefully furnished, highly recommended. Great for motorcycle travelers with parking inside the courtyard.

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue

The private courtyard was amazing to relax in. The apt is small but so well laid out it felt super comfortable and relaxing. Bed was great. Our host was the best. Loved it all!!!! Highly recommended.
