The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

A fantastic spot to unwind and recharge. I stayed her for an entire month. A haven of tranquilly with breathtaking valley views. The apartment's proximity to the outdoors and the stylish furnishings provide a one-of-a-kind stay. There are numerous interesting locations to visit in the vicinity, such as Stroncone, Terni, Lago di Piediluco, and Cascata delle Marmore. Terni is a great place to visit if you're looking for a city atmosphere and the food is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need especially for remote workers. For the entire month that I was there, I had no issues with the internet. The office space met my needs, and I was able to set up a nice work enivornment there. Luis and his wife are a truly remarkable couple. As a guest, they spared no effort in making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the quality of the home-cooked meals that they shared were outstanding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return :)

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

The place is lovely, with amazing views and a very peaceful environment. A unique place!

The house is even better than the photos, very nice, clean and tidy. The owner is a kind and helpful person and Umbria is wonderful. All the services offered are well functioning (beautiful shower, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, outdoor barbecue and Wi-Fi) Small clarification of little importance, perhaps useful for someone; the phone is actually available, and all the linens are also provided: 3-piece bathroom, bedroom and kitchen sets. You will not find oil, salt, or sugar. Unfortunately, if you have noisy tenants on the upper floor, you will hear a lot of noise while staying on the ground floor. Highly recommended, though!
