Excellent experience of a stay, wonderful and really well furnished house surrounded by greenery, with attention to every detail and complete with all the comforts: Gea and Alessandro are really very hospitable and very helpful people who provided us with everything they might need and gave us directions also about the premises in the area and remained at your disposal for every need we could have. This is the most gorgeous villa! Everything about it is absolutely magical. The home and the views are breathtaking. It felt like I was living in an Italian dream. :)

We left Rosa & Pino’s lovely Airbnb after a week’s holiday, where we were able to relax in private surroundings outside of an otherwise hectic schedule. With comfortable beds and a high standard of presentation throughout, it was a home from home. Though Rome itself is nearby, Capena is a great small, town to wander, with bars and places to eat. Within 10minutes there is a great archeological site / museum Augusteum. Highly recommended.

Nice place, very welcoming and secluded space for parties

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Sabina Valley. The farmhouse is charming and the private pool gave us many hours of fun with our little ones. The area is so quiet and the views and stars are stunning. Boris could not have been more helpful and responsive before and during our stay. A lovely touch was him digging out a box of toys for the children to play with which they loved. Highly recommend for a homely authentic Italian experience.

spot on for me and my family. we did look for a refugee,not to cold and close to the snow. warm and if you know how to do a fire place there you have the way to do it. thank you Dennis

We had a great two weeks at Grazia’s house. The outdoor space was fantastic, especially the pool area. The pool is great for children all sizes and was maintained throughout our stay. The full size table tennis table was enjoyed by all of us. The house is traditional, but homely and well equipped. The bathrooms work fine but do need upgrading. AC throughout, which was needed as it was very hot. Would recommend for a family if you want a peaceful stay and enjoy lots of time outside.

Awesome place with a view that would be impossible to beat

Perfect place for relaxing vacation with families. Perfect pool, balconys and nature. Almost every bedroom has bathroom so convinient for families. We had great vacation in this Villa!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

My family and I had a wonderful at Livia's beautiful Casale. It is gorgeous and the surroundings are so picturesque. The swimming pool was a highlight, and my sons spent hours in it. I look forward to returning and highly recommend Casale San Giovanni !

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

We loved our stay at this property - it was perfect for our family of eight (plus a dog). Samanta (our host) was very responsive, attentive and friendly. The property is as pictured and has beautiful outdoor spaces that our teenagers enjoyed. I loved the beautiful countryside and the peace and quiet. Samanta went out of her way to give us helpful tips and places to visit. She also added thoughtful touches to welcome us. We highly recommend this rental!

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

Adriana's villa is very nice, well maintained and comfortable, matching the description. Our stay was also magnificent thanks to Adriana's collaborators, always kind and collaborative. Our children had a lot of fun in the large pool and the meadows perfectly kept by the guard Gianni. The experience is to be recommended to everyone and for us to repeat.

The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with ping pong table, bbq corner, deck chairs, swimming pool. We were 10 and 2 children. We were very comfortable. common room with a large fireplace and a wood-burning oven. a rustic and beautiful estate

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings.
