Elena's place is nestled in the small village of Ferentillo. It is an easy 25 minute bus ride to the nearest train station. If you're looking top experience authentic Umbria in a small, intimate setting, then you should consider staying here. If you're a cyclist or hiker, there are plenty of amazing gravel, dirt and mountain bike trails right from the house.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

Roberta is a super host! Kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. House with beautiful view, private terrace, in a strategic location for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings (obviously with a car). My wife, our little dog and I had a really good time! We recommend it to everyone

In trouble due to a car breakdown, we contacted the host in the evening who promptly confirmed the reservation and gave us all the information we needed to reach him, clear and precise. The cleanliness was impeccable, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything and more for the stay. Warm and cozy house, delightful. Thanks again to the host for the speed and quality of response and for the accommodation, we will definitely be back.

Accommodation in a superb location, overlooking the most beautiful square in Spoleto. Marta welcomed us in person, showed us her beautiful apartment and was available for all our requests. We highly recommend it.

Great stay, for those like me who wanted to do a few days of skiing in the happy field, it is perfect, reachable in less than 10 minutes, there is everything between heating and the stove, and it is also about 20 minutes from L'Aquila, where I went to shop on the first day. Nothing negative to say.

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Roberta's place was a tranquil paradise. High in the Umbrian hills, the property boasts views across the Italian countryside that would rival any. The house itself is uniquely Italian, oozing charm throughout every room. The property is spacious and welcoming, and although surrounded by a few neighboring homes, you feel at ease knowing you could rely on any of them for anything, if needed. Upon arrival you are greeted by the wonderful Adriana, who leads you to the property and gives you a full tour of everything. Despite knowing very little English, her enthusiasm and hospitality encourages understanding in everything she says; what a gem! The house extremely clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. We made the most of the wonderful restaurants close by, with both Roberta & Adriana providing us with great recommendations - even suggesting we mention them by name upon arrival! Overall, despite being fairly remote in the Umbrian hills, this property is absolutely worth the trip.

An amazing stay for some time in the Italian countryside. Only 1.5 hour drive from Rome with clear instructions provided and easy to arrange access. Leonardo always had prompt responses including quickly solving one issue after check in. Beautiful views and amazing pool area for spending hot summer afternoons under the shade of the vines. Pool of good depth for those with kids with a good shallow area of 1m deep for about one-third of the length. The house has a lovely character and overall a great stay with the ability to explore the nearby historic towns of Amelia and Narni within 15 mins drive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing summer escape in the Italian countryside.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings.
