Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Rieti

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa insieme a mia mamma e mia sorella, ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene. Gli spazi erano giusti e confortevoli, tutto molto pulito e profumato, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa. Facile da arrivarci e con molta possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, l’host è stata molto cortese e disponibile, consiglio a chiunque voglia godersi un po’ di pace e i dintorni.

La nostra host è stata gentilissima fino dalla prenotazione, ci torneremo nuovamente! Estremamente consigliato.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

Roberta è una super host! Gentile,disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Casa con vista stupenda,terrazzino privato,in posizione strategica per visitare Spoleto e dintorni (ovviamente automuniti). Io,mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina siamo stati davvero bene! Lo consigliamo a tutti

Valle San Martino di Spoleto è un posto è delizioso, piccolissimo ma le sue pietre e i suoi tetti trasudano storia e profumi antichi. Bellissimo, sembra un presepe, ideale anche per il suo silenzio. L'appartamento è proprio come nelle foto, molto pulito ed è facile da raggiungere. Ci sono delle scale, l'unico piccolo ostacolo per eventuali persone che dovessero avere difficoltà a deambulare, per il resto è perfetto per vivere quella zona dell'Umbria. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Alloggio molto buono, bellissima posiione e host molto disponibile. Unica pecca il wifi non funzionante. Per il resto perfetto!!

Alloggio in posizione superba, si affaccia sulla piazza più bella di Spoleto. Marta ci ha accolto di persona, ci ha illustrato il suo bellissimo appartamento ed è stata disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

posto meraviglioso con una veduta stupenda. zona tranquilla vicinissima alle cascate. giardino ad uso esclusivo molto spazioso. interno curato e da poco ristrutturato. letti scomodi per noi. lavastoviglie sporca ma per il resto tutto al top.

Excellent logement au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Grande terrasse avec une table et deux chaises pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur le soir. Claudia a fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien dans l'appartement. Il y avait là climatisation dans la chambre et une autre dans la salle. Il y avait tout dans l'appartement. Même de l'huile, sel, poivre etc etc Elle nous a fourni aussi la machine à café et les capsules. Elle était rapide pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Je suis d'avis de conseiller cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Terni.

Ottimo soggiorno, per chi come me ha voluto fare qualche giorno di sci a campo felice è perfetto, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti, c'é tutto tra riscaldamento e piano cottura, e inoltre è a circa 20 minuti da L'Aquila, dove sono andato a fare spesa il primo giorno. Nulla di negativo da dire.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato al villino per 4 giorni. Ci ha accolti Maria Laura mostrandoci la casa e consigliandoci dei posti da visitare durante il soggiorno. È stata accogliente e fin da subito disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è splendida, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e ben riscaldata. Dal giardino è possibile ammirare il Monte Terminillo in tutto il suo splendore. La zona è ben riparata e silenziosa ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Roberta's place was a tranquil paradise. High in the Umbrian hills, the property boasts views across the Italian countryside that would rival any. The house itself is uniquely Italian, oozing charm throughout every room. The property is spacious and welcoming, and although surrounded by a few neighboring homes, you feel at ease knowing you could rely on any of them for anything, if needed. Upon arrival you are greeted by the wonderful Adriana, who leads you to the property and gives you a full tour of everything. Despite knowing very little English, her enthusiasm and hospitality encourages understanding in everything she says; what a gem! The house extremely clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. We made the most of the wonderful restaurants close by, with both Roberta & Adriana providing us with great recommendations - even suggesting we mention them by name upon arrival! Overall, despite being fairly remote in the Umbrian hills, this property is absolutely worth the trip.

An amazing stay for some time in the Italian countryside. Only 1.5 hour drive from Rome with clear instructions provided and easy to arrange access. Leonardo always had prompt responses including quickly solving one issue after check in. Beautiful views and amazing pool area for spending hot summer afternoons under the shade of the vines. Pool of good depth for those with kids with a good shallow area of 1m deep for about one-third of the length. The house has a lovely character and overall a great stay with the ability to explore the nearby historic towns of Amelia and Narni within 15 mins drive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing summer escape in the Italian countryside.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving.
