Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem privaten Innenhof, welcher mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet war, ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Den Kontakt mit Francesca und den Nachbarn war für uns gelebte Italianità. Der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan ist genial. Die Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten, ein Hochgenuss. Wer einmal so richtig feine Fischgerichte essen möchte, ist il Dattero di Mare die richtige Adresse!!! Dies zur Abwechslung zu Fleisch. Wer gerne wandert ist hier in Aquila, als Ausgangspunkt, genau richtig.

Un petit paradis sur terre. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable dans la dépendance de Giorgia. Si vous recherchez un lieu calme et paisible, perdu au milieu de la nature à seulement 30 minutes de Rome, c’est le logement qu’il vous faut. La vue et la piscine privée complètent le charme d’une maisonnette propre et bien équipée. Si en plus de ça vous êtes des amoureux des animaux, vous serez vraiment comblés avec des chats aussi mignons qu’affectueux, un âne, un cheval et des chiens qui rendent l’expérience encore plus inoubliable. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Francesco è stato molto gentile, ci ha consigliato dei posti meravigliosi e ci ha dato molte indicazioni sul posto! super consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

ottima soluzione, sia per gli ampi spazi disponibili, sia per la pulizia, sia per la disponibilità e prontezza nel rispondere ad ogni messaggio, ma soprattutto per la posizione, a due passi dal centro, ma comunque senza confusione. se proprio dovessi sforzarmi di trovare una pecca, consiglierei degli asciugamani da doccia più grandi, ma è proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. insomma, per me è consigliatissimo.

Host gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto nel cortile interno della casa. Ottima posizione, la casa si trova a 100 mt dall’ingresso delle cascate delle marmore (belvedere superiore).

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia di 6 elementi e cane di piccola taglia a seguito. Tutto perfetto, grazie Giulio.

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage war wie gewünscht abgelegen, ruhig und von Natur umringt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere auch das Badezimmer, war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer nebst Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit einen Aufenthalt definitiv wert und empfehlenswert!

Andrea was an amazing host that welcome us and gave us a tour of the Airbnb when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb.

Natalia ci ha accolti da subito con il sorriso, ed è stata disponibilissima ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. L’alloggio è molto pulito e curato, servizi ben funzionanti. Pienamente soddisfatti, se dovessi essere nuovamente in zona la sceglieremmo di nuovo!

siamo stati 4 giorni a Roma coi nostri bambini di 4 e 2 anni. La casa di Paolo per noi è stato l'alloggio perfetto, distante da Roma quanto basta per essere in un luogo tranquillo, ma abbastanza vicino da permetterci di arrivare tutte le mattine in città guidando un tempo breve. Paolo ci ha dato consigli riguardo come raggiungere la città, e dove parcheggiare per godercela al meglio, debbo dire provvidenziale! Come valore aggiunto abbiamo potuto usufruire dello spazio esterno dove ci siamo goduti la cena la prima sera, al fresco e davanti alle colline

The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

Beautiful cozy apartment. A walkable distance to the center with many great surrounding restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean with all the listed amenities and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Lovely quiet location with nice balcony looking out toward distant mountains. A 20min walk into town, but fine for us. There is a good bus service right around corner, and a huge shopping mall with lots of services. Claudia helped us out immediately when we needed. Bedroom and kitchen were fine. Tv had Netflix and Prime if needed. We really enjoyed our stay there and Terni itself, ideally located in a quiet place with great facilities . We used Terni as a mid way base to visit Rome and Assisi by train. Marmore falls area is also a great place to visit for a day, easy by bus from Terni.

Alloggio appena ristrutturato, molto ordinato e pulito. Vicino a Roma e parcheggio comodo da trovare vicino alla casa. Inoltre dotato di ampi spazi e tutti i servizi necessari.

L'INCANTO SUL LAGO é una casa vacanza fantastica per la posizione e per la cortesia della signora Chiara. Siamo stati accolti da amici e non da ospiti, cosa che ha reso la vacanza ancora più bella. La cura nei dettagli è stata gradita molto. Se potessi dare un voto, darei 30 e lode. Il posto sarebbe ideale per raccogliere le idee e scrivere racconti, fatte salve le distrazioni per il buon cibo e il buon vino. Ho lasciato la casa con un desiderio: ritornarci al più presto per rivivere le medesime emozioni e per arricchirmi di altri piaceri. Non si finisce mai di imparare e grazie alle belle persone, si ritorna più ricchi da ogni viaggio.

L'alloggio è situato in una zona veramente tranquilla e panoramica, con tanto verde. Gli interni sono curati nei dettagli, gli spazi sono forniti di tutto il necessario, arredato con gusto in modo rustico. Cristina è stata molto gentile, sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere alle domande ed ha mostrato flessibilità negli orari di check-in e check-out. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rilassante in mezzo alla tranquillità della natura e lontano dalla frenesia della città.
