We stayed on the weekend of June 2, the accommodation was clean, comfortable beds, super helpful host and apartment equipped with everything!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Spacious, clean. Parking at Spoletosfera was convenient. Close to all the main tourist attractions.

We and our children were lucky to stay at Jette's property surrounded by olive trees, a large and beautiful swimming pool, flowers and a view that cannot be compared to anything else. Jette and Antonio were friendly hosts where they welcomed us late at night with open arms and with great hospitality. We communicated well in advance and started the first breakfast with homemade apricot jam and bread that they were kind enough to prepare for us before arrival. We wanted to experience the authentic Italy, which we absolutely did in terms of area, culture and food - all based on tips from Jette and her husband. We highly recommend this place, we will be back soon 😊

A niceaccommodation in a convenient location to visit L'Aquila, Gran Sasso Park and other destinations. The interiors are spacious and comfortable. Recommended!

Simon and Chiara are great hosts, perfect communication, they waiting us later evening in the house, every day Chiara prepare and bring super breakfast, give to us a lot useful informations about trips. Apartment is clean, very cozy, with air conditioning - we need heating every day, was cold weather during the night. Finally view from the balcony is amazing, I never forgot morning coffee on this place. Definitely I can recommended this place, we would like come back. Thanks Chiara and Simon

The Apartment is big. Kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to make your own meals. The apartment is one minute walk to the old town escalators. Supermarkets are five minutes walk. There is a parking space for our car in the garage under the building with an elevator from the garage directly to the apartment's floor. Overall - great apartment and location. Highly recommend. And Alessandro is very responsive.

Natalia welcomed us immediately with a smile, and was very available to help us with anything we needed. The accommodation is very clean and well-maintained, well-functioning services. Fully satisfied, if I were in the area again, we would choose it again!

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a slice of paradise. In addition, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Cascata delle Marmore, which is just minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The space is perfect for those looking for tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

Set in the quaint town close to Rome, Giulia's place is a welcome break from the madness of the city.. The house is well-maintained a very beautiful. Will be back for sure..
