Luca is a great and exemplary host! He is very friendly and the exchange with him about the sights and restaurants in Reggio was very stimulating. The apartment is very well furnished and you quickly feel comfortable. Although it is in the center, it is very quiet. Luca's list of recommendations for the area, whether restaurants or bars for the aperitivo or museums and other attractions, is exemplary and practical. I will certainly stay in this apartment again the next time I am in Reggio. Thank you, Luca!

Great place and Annalisa is super helpful. It’s on the edge of city center so it’s close to the bus and the local train station. It’s also on a ZTL free street. It was great for what I needed. Tip for Americans the washing machine is nothing like in the states, make sure you run an extra spin cycle. Also, the shower is smaller than what we are used to, but it’s very topical of Italy. The downstairs door sticks but it will open you just need to play with the key. The mini mart across the street is open late which is clutch. I would absolutely stay here again 😉

Everything was perfect for our stay. The host was very friendly on our arrival and in the days before as well. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after days of walking. I thought Reggio Emilia was beautiful. Thank you very much for all.

Very clean house and great location to get to both the center of Reggio Emilia and Campovolo (during the concert period). Alberto was very helpful, kind and flexible regarding check-in and check-out. We'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!
