Everything was perfect! Anna Maria's accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, well-equipped, well-furnished, and with a very nice exterior. The environment is very quiet and very green: a lovely countryside and close to amenities. Anna Maria hosted us very well: she is welcoming, very friendly, and we enjoyed her hospitality and kind words for the children very much. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

A beautiful cabin in the woods, it was a perfectly retreat for us. The location is stunning and the place was cosy, rustic and welcoming, we had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Alessandro was very good to communicate with and gave us suggestions for sights and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing property and the hosts are even better!! I will be back again. Wonderful recommendations, especially for a balsamic tasting (with wine) - that was the best. Alberto's house is a haven of peace. In the countryside, in a peaceful but not isolated environment. A very good pizzeria and an amazing ice cream shop within a 15-minute walk. Located 20 minutes from Parma and 50 minutes from Bologna. Great for those who want to visit the area. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. Alberto is an attentive, friendly and responsive host. I would gladly recommend Alberto's house. Thank you Alberto

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Maria’s B&B is a wonderful quiet and peaceful place. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and she went out of her way to organise a tour for us. Our stay was short but would highly recommend.

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

I had a good time in the apartment - it's spacious, well kept and pratical. Check-in was easy and the apartment has everything you need, plus it's quiet at night and in a calm, but easy to reach neighborhood. I recommend.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Riccardo and Fabiola were kind and available to host us with our dogs for a weekend! The apartment is very nice and has everything! The fenced garden was very convenient for us. If there is an opportunity, we will be happy to come back!

Our one night stay at Marianna’s was wonderful. We found her place to be quite cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. Parking was ideal as you park inside a gated area. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but that just gives us an excuse to come back!

Perfect place to stay with friends and family. It was located in lovely place. Easy access to supermarkets and connections to city.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!
