We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was stunning—beautifully maintained with excellent facilities that made us feel right at home. The location is breathtaking, offering peaceful surroundings and amazing views. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Every detail was clearly well considered, and it truly made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended—we would love to return as soon as possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was central for us and we appreciated the hospitality and use of bikes. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves. Nikolo was very friendly.

Our stay in the Carla apartment was lovely and peaceful. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Simona was so kind and helpful recommending some short hikes for us in the area. Highly recommend.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Compact, completely sufficient apartment for two people in an architecturally appealing new building block. When arriving by car easy to find, due to the location on the northern edge of the city center you are quickly on the highway for day trips. In my opinion, the underground parking was a big plus. Walking distance to the old town and close to the train station, also shopping is in the neighborhood. Michela was very flexible with checking in and out, very quickly with any questions, present and friendly. A perfect stay!

It was a great experience to be there, she is super welcoming, kind and respectful, the house was very clean, everything organized and ready, we felt like at home.

Mattia's apartment is in a fantastic location to visit the wonderful nature of the Emilian Apennines and also nearby cities such as Reggio Emilia and Modena, the area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. I highly recommend it.

The stay was splendid, the owner always available and very kind, she also offered us handmade products made by her. The cottage was clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It is in a perfect location to relax.
