The accommodation is right on the beach with a lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby (one on the bottom floor of the same building). Montesilvano is a busting city of over 53,000 occupants so you can find practically anything you need within a short walk or brief drive. Valerio is super-responsive to any and all questions and concerns during your stay. This is a great accommodation in an ideal location for even the most discerning beachgoer. Very highly recommended!

Tania greeted us and was friendly as she explained the easy access to everything. Her apartment was meticulous, one of the cleanest and most on point condos we have ever stayed at. She puts care into everything she does for her guests and it is evident in all the well thought out amenities (including a spacious balcony & parking). To był absolutnie wspaniały pobyt! Dom przerósł nasze oczekiwania – pięknie urządzony, czysty, położony w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek dla pary. Chcielibyśmy szczególnie podziękować naszej gospodyni, która była niesamowicie pomocna, życzliwa i gościnna. Już od pierwszego kontaktu czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani. Odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania z uśmiechem i zawsze była gotowa, by pomóc – czy to w sprawie lokalnych atrakcji, czy praktycznych porad dotyczących okolicy. Dzięki niej czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego doświadczenia w Pescarze. Na pewno wrócimy!

appartamento incantevole , pulito e ben diviso , di fronte alla pineta e a 50 metri dal mare, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, e anche di più. До моря 5 хвилин ходьби. До магазину 135 метрів, а до перукарні 30м. Поряд наш улюблений ресторан Azzuro, куди ми ходимо вже 3й рік. Роберта- мила, красива, доброзичлива. На всі питання відповідає люб'язно і негайно. Рекомендую. Ми обов'язково повернемося.

Francesca is a very friendly host! She provided us with lots of local recommendations and is fast to reply whenever we had any questions. The airbnb is great, perfectly clean and had no issues with the room. The communal kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty of garden space too. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Il Cavalluccio Marino

It was a great spot. Super clean & quite close to everything in Montesilvano. Great hosts ! Super close to the beach…. Maybe 200 meters. We would definitely go back.
