In downtown Pescara, on Via Firenze 155, in a very central position, close to the pedestrian area and a few steps from the sea, we are offering an elegant 90 sqm apartment on the third floor of a small restored building equipped with an elevator. The house has been completely renovated and consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. Each room is finely furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a large TV. Wi-Fi available for fast connections.
