Vacation rentals with lake access in Province of Pescara

Really kind & clean host 😊 Everything was amazing

We stayed in the first floor apartment for 4 weeks and also had the cottage for two weeks with several of our family and friends. The homes were even more beautiful than we expected!! The views from the balcony are stunning! Letizia and Peiro were incredible. They were so helpful with making arrangements for us and also responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. They were both very welcoming and made our stay extra special! We feel very lucky to have stayed at their home and hope we get the opportunity to visit there again!

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

Boris was extremely kind, the room is comfortable, furnished with care and with a wonderful view of the mountains, too bad the telescope was missing due to cloudy sky. Great coffee from the machine left ready for guests. Nice.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

A fantastic stay! We absolutely loved the place. The location is beautiful – surrounded by breathtaking mountains, lots of tranquility and magnificent nature. The beach is close to excursions, so you can enjoy a perfect mix of mountains and sea. The accommodation itself is excellently equipped: the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the beds are super comfortable, and there is really everything you need for a longer stay. We stayed there for four weeks and worked from the property – it worked smoothly. We would like to emphasise the great hostess. She was incredibly helpful to always have nice conversations and even accompanied us when our dog had to go to the vet on site – a huge support! The dogs on site are also wonderful, and the place is very dog friendly overall. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had the best time at Tom and Linzi’s house. From all the attention before arrival and during our stay to the perfect cleanliness and equipment of the cottage including the private pool, everything was better than imagined and we’ll gladly come back. Thanks again, Edoardo & Lucia
