Condo vacation rentals in Province of Pescara

Apartment in the heart of downtown Pescara with the beach a short walk away. Air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable rooms for 5 people, including a newborn. Host available and friendly. We will definitely consider this place if we want to go back to Pescara.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Davide has clearly and punctually communicated all the necessary directions. The apartment was easy to reach and was delivered in excellent cleanliness and with all the services working, in line with the description. Promoted for future visits!

Tastefully renovated accommodation recently, very spacious, very well equipped, perfectly clean. It feels like home, even better. Assunta and Claudia are exquisite people.

The apartment, new, is in a very central and pedestrian area of the city on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings and mountains. Every activity or service can be easily reached on foot. The house is warm, the beds comfortable and the living area has a new kitchen. Very welcoming. Despite being surrounded by shops and nightlife, the nights are quiet. We will certainly be back.

Our experience at Andreina's house was simply fantastic. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, fresh and with all the comforts. The location is great for both the sea and the city center. Booked with some haste due to special personal circumstances, Valentina's accommodation proved to be an excellent solution for staying in Pescara. Very helpful host, perfect location in the center with amenities and supermarket in the immediate vicinity (all within walking distance). In the apartment we found all the comforts (thanks to the WiFi we were also able to work comfortably in smart-working): in short, we felt at home.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

We had a fantastic week as a family with 3 children. Bruno and Patrizia are very sweet and friendly hosts. We felt right at home. You will stay in part of their large villa that is separated from them. The pool and outdoor kitchen/bathroom are also for your use, where we spent most of our time. The view from garden and balcony is fantastic. It is in a nice location as a base for trips in the area. We can recommend this apartment to everyone. We would love to come back again.
