Umberto was the ultimate host. To initiate our stay, umberto introduced us to a favourite Restaurante and helped us secure a great relationship that served us well for the remainder of our stay. Lovely man, lovely personality!

Beautiful space with large terrace. Great restaurants and wine bar right in the building. Maurizio was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was kind enough to let us have a late check out.

Mrs. Carmen was helpful and courteous, the accommodation was clean and welcoming.

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach (just cross the street), there is a green park for children, the promenade is enjoyable at night. There are several places to visit around Silvi. Mrs. Sandra was always very helpful, often recommending places and events

The accommodation is right on the beach with a lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby (one on the bottom floor of the same building). Montesilvano is a busting city of over 53,000 occupants so you can find practically anything you need within a short walk or brief drive. Valerio is super-responsive to any and all questions and concerns during your stay. This is a great accommodation in an ideal location for even the most discerning beachgoer. Very highly recommended!

Tania greeted us and was friendly as she explained the easy access to everything. Her apartment was meticulous, one of the cleanest and most on point condos we have ever stayed at. She puts care into everything she does for her guests and it is evident in all the well thought out amenities (including a spacious balcony & parking). The apartment is located in a fantastic location, facing the sea and in the heart of the city center. You can easily get around on foot. The house matches the photos perfectly and is equipped with all the services described. Very kind and responsive hosting.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations – beautifully decorated, clean, located in a quiet area, and at the same time close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A great place to relax for a couple. We would like to especially thank our host, who was incredibly helpful, kind and hospitable. From the very first contact, we felt very welcome. She answered all questions with a smile and was always ready to help – whether it was about local attractions or practical advice about the area. She made us feel at home. lovely apartment, clean and well divided , in front of the pine forest and 50 meters from the sea, we found everything you need for our stay, and even more. The accommodation is very large and everything you needed was there. The location is optimal, right in the city and everything is easily accessible on foot… The stand was directly across the street. Everything very clean! Host was very friendly and always responded quickly… always happy to come back!

Francesca is a very friendly host! She provided us with lots of local recommendations and is fast to reply whenever we had any questions. The airbnb is great, perfectly clean and had no issues with the room. The communal kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty of garden space too. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Great place, perfect location

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A little gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really appreciated the private parking space and the 2-minute walk to the beach. We will be happy to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizio's, he was very welcoming and responsive in conversation, the location of the apartment is perfect (city center but without noise, beach and supermarket very close), we'll come back if we have the opportunity, we recommend it!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

I had such a lovely time during my stay — everything was perfect from start to finish. The space was beautifully clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.
