The Majella UNESCO Geopark awaits you at its feet to dream at La Casa di Gianna. Today, more than ever, the white house is carefully sanitized with products as per CDC guidelines. It is located between the sea and the mountains. 15 minutes from the Majella Geopark, 30 minutes from the ski resorts, and 30 minutes from the sea on the other side. Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Comfortable apartment in the central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a fireplace, and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Garden lights are closed by 11pm, unscheduled parties are not allowed.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
