Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they have shown us. We'll definitely be back.

Comfortable apartment on the first floor with an "easy" staircase, 10-15 minutes from the sea, in a green and very quiet area. My husband and I slept in the bright room with a TV: spacious, clean, lots of closets, shelves, and drawers in both. Accommodation provided with the necessary, kitchen with large balcony and beautiful awning, useful closet in the bathroom, very convenient parking space inside the courtyard, excellent wifi connection. Natascia and Stefano are very kind, nice and discreet. Some elements to improve, but it is certainly recommended

A great apartment with designer renovation, very well-stocked kitchen, you can stay for two families. The apartment is clean and beautiful, 200 meters from the sea. Recommended.

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a crib to put our baby to sleep. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and also very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

Beautiful place, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - just like a really good pizza snack.

We had a great time at Partizia's. Spacious and cozy house, 3 minutes walk to the sea, holes from the chaos of downtown but easily accessible. Don't be intimidated by the proximity of the street and train because it is so good that you get used to it quickly!

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We were greeted with great cordiality and availability from the moment of booking. The Host was present and attentive, granting us a flexible check-in, personally welcoming us into the house and taking a small tour to show us everything. Always available, it made us feel really comfortable. The house is really nice, modern and attention to detail: the terrace is a perfect gem to relax, and the rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable. The equipment is surprising: nothing is really missing, from needle and wire to the adapters for the sockets (Schuko), showing care for every possible need of guests. We really appreciated this attention. The location is excellent: you can easily reach everything on foot, bars, sea, pubs, up to a well-stocked covered market of all kinds of food. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in every way. Parking is private and well protected, very useful in the center of Catholic! We will definitely be back!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

The real touch of class is the exceptional welcome of Carolina and Francesco; with their great advice, they gave us valuable ideas to visit the area and discover the best places to eat or have a nice aperitif (the restaurant "Salicornia" is highly recommended) Thanks to them, our stay in Pesaro was beyond our expectations. Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a truly stunning sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, divided only by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their sometimes a little noisy passage. It didn't bother me personally. Vehicle access to the "courtyard" is not suitable for all vehicles (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once, and it was very difficult. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a really friendly host, nice and always available! An experience I recommend.

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a kitchenette. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! Lovely apartment and lovely host!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
