Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a truly stunning sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, divided only by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their sometimes a little noisy passage. It didn't bother me personally. Vehicle access to the "courtyard" is not suitable for all vehicles (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once, and it was very difficult. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a really friendly host, nice and always available! An experience I recommend.

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

So friendly and nice, quite fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The proximity to the sea and the air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is mentioned in other reviews, our assessment of the city center: The way to the city center is good and easily doable in 10-15 minutes. Food, strolling, museums - all within walking distance.

Impeccable accommodation, all functional spaces furnished with criteria in order to take advantage of the space properly. Everything was perfect, even though we only stayed for a few days. The only flaw, but the lady is not to blame, is the construction site in front, for the construction of a building, as it produces dust that had settled on the car, and the workers were a little intrusive, lying down during the break inside the parking spaces, leaving empty water bottles even on top of the cars. I would like to point out that the work is now complete. We will definitely return

Alessio welcomed us personally and was immediately very helpful in meeting our personal needs. Pesaro is a city we know well, a second home for summer vacations, but this time we needed a base for 5 people for a concert in March, so off-season. Alessio's apartment perfectly met our logistical and organizational needs and his courtesy made everything more comfortable.

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Apartment clean, very comfortable to everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. Highly recommend it!

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

Amazing view from the balcony; its location is the main attraction of this place. You are on the beachfront and also close to restaurants and bars. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The room was all completely new.

Well-organized accommodation in terms of spaces and accessories. Very clean. 100 meters from the sea. I was happy to find clothes hangers, dishwasher tablets, tablecloth, welcome water, oil, things that are generally not common to find.

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a kitchenette. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! My family traveled from the US to Pesaro for a wedding. Anna proactively communicates with us before and during stay. The place has a perfect location, very large and convenient, having parking as part of rental. Helps a lot make experience outstanding. We had a great time! Definitely coming back next year.

Came to Fano for a family celebration. The town has everything you want for a holiday-beach, historic centre, restaurants and bars and other towns nearby worth a visit like Pesaro and Fossombrone Lucia’s apartment was clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything necessary for a stay from home (except perhaps a kettle for UK visitors cup of tea;) but that’s a very minor thing! Beds clean and comfortable, plenty wardrobe space etc. I used the upstairs bathroom and it was very clean with a lighted mirror and hairdryer, towels included. I took my own toiletries. I didn’t use the lounge area at all as I was with family much of the time. The balcony had a perfect view of the sea for breakfast! The location of the apartment is perfect for the sea front but shops are around a 1km walk. Parking outside the door not a problem for me at any time. The property felt very safe and secure as did the area. If you want an airbnb in Fano , Lucia’s place is great
