Casa Baia Flaminia, a window on the sea, is a beautiful apartment, newly renovated, less than 100 meters from the sea, located in Baia Flaminia, one of the most "lively" areas of Pesaro, especially during the summer. The area is full of restaurants and events, and is best known for offering the most iconic sunset in Pesaro. Possibility of renting bikes for a fee.

The B&B Gulliver is a brand new apartment, opened in May 2023 and renovated in a modern style. The location is central, in fact it is 3 minutes walk from the sea, 7 minutes on foot from the historic center and 15 minutes on foot from the station.
