A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to returning and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Fano!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

A balcony presents a view of the sea, with a small table set for two. The ocean's horizon is visible beyond a beach area, framed by two large glass doors that open into the living space.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was very comfortable. His place was clean and welcoming. He was very responsive whenever we needed him. The amenities were very useful during our stay. I was able to make breakfast each day before our morning walks to the cafe & to the local shops. It was steps away from the beach & also from where my son stays, whom we came to Pesaro to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. Go Pesaro! 🏀

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Fano. The house was exactly as described—well-maintained, clean, and perfect for our family of three. The location couldn't have been better, with easy walking access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host was exceptional, always quick to communicate and very accommodating. We were even able to check in well before the agreed time, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we'd gladly return! Thanks Michela!

the apartment is located in an ideal position for visiting downtown Pesaro and also for the promenade. Sara was very kind and provided a lot of useful information and places to visit during my stay. Absolutely recommended for any stay in Pesaro!

We stayed in this apartment during the Easter holidays. The accommodation is very spacious and the presence of two bathrooms and a large living area allows you to enjoy the spaces. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an outdoor space. It is very convenient compared to the central area of the city and is a short walk from the sea, while remaining in a quieter area. Laura was very kind and very responsive to our needs. I recommend this solution for a family of four or two couples.

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a kitchenette. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! It would be a pleasure to stay again. Irina, Mikhail:))

Federico is a very friendly and communicating host even remotely. He was able to respond to our request even before having to ask him some questions. Her apartment is worthy of the description and even more. Its location is perfect to enjoy Pesaro and the coast. The small plus the private parking space in a neighborhood almost by the sea, 4 minutes walk to the beach is very nice. For a stay for 4, I recommend it, it's perfect.

Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a truly stunning sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, divided only by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their sometimes a little noisy passage. It didn't bother me personally. Vehicle access to the "courtyard" is not suitable for all vehicles (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once, and it was very difficult. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a really friendly host, nice and always available! An experience I recommend.

So friendly and nice, quite fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The proximity to the sea and the air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is mentioned in other reviews, our assessment of the city center: The way to the city center is good and easily doable in 10-15 minutes. Food, strolling, museums - all within walking distance.

Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

From booking to departure everything was perfect. A great and super equipped house, the view, the location and the pool are some of the highlights. Andrea's personal care was really great; from the first day we had insider tips about the area and restaurants, wineries, ice cream parlors and much more. Great place to relax. We will be happy to come back here and will be happy to book again at any time via DH Villas.

Marco is a very helpful and very kind host. Apartment exactly as pictured: small but functional and very clean. Great location facing the sea. The apartment is warm but as soon as I asked for a fan, Marco was immediately ready to answer me and find it in front of the apartment door. Also the outdoor area is very spacious and pleasant and you can easily find parking, even for no fee. Really nice stay!

We came back for the second year in a row with my wife and our 2-year-old. For us it is an ideal solution as the apartment is equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet residential area and close to the beach. Laura is always available if needed.
