What a super nice place to relax and unwind. A beautiful view over the hills and an attractively furnished apartment in a beautifully converted farmhouse. Nearby many nice old villages and towns to explore. Wouter and Sylvia are super hospitable and want to do everything to make it as pleasant as possible for you. That worked! In addition to a nice dinner and breakfast, the snacks (watermelon and apple pie) were a nice surprise. What a wonderful week! We're already homesick.

We had a great time, the house is well maintained with everything you need and everything you need (even for cooking). Apartment "Rosa" with private outdoor use, table with chairs and two lounge chairs while the pool is shared with the other apartments. It barely takes the phone but the wi-fi network works very well. Flexibility of check-in, we arrived at 10:30 pm and there were no problems, Wouter and Sylvia are very available. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and have a beautiful view.

Daniele’s place was a joy to visit. If you want peace and quiet you are in the right place. It is idyllic and rustic. Daniele is a very knowledgeable host and can advise on the history of the area and places to visit. Nothing is too much trouble. The living area spacious and immaculately clean, thanks to Natalia. Our dog was happy in the living space, although we couldn’t let him off the lead in the garden otherwise he would be in the swimming pool or rounding up the rabbits!

Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is nearby in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there aren't many - were also very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

The house and garden were beautiful and spanking clean. Paula, the owner, lives in a granny flat in the house and was very nice and helpful. For me personally, there were too few dishes and pots available for so many people who can be in the house.

We stayed for one night in this room. Nothing to say! Everything as described: clean, modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts and really great breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, close to all the main tourist destinations of the Romagna Riviera but just outside the chaos of the town center. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of Emanuele and his family is really a plus. Highly recommended!

I couldn't wait to write a review about my stay at villa magnolia. A spacious and enchanting house, equipped with every comfort ideal for families with children ,groups of friends and for anyone looking for tranquility and breathtaking views. Cristian was really hospitable, available never invasive to our spaces. He made us find the house heated, beers in the fridge, coffee and products for personal hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms, small things to say, but very appreciated by us. Thank you Christian, we will visit you again.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.
