Very nice village in a wonderful area. For the kids, the pool was incredibly nice. Angelo and his wife are kind people. Welcoming and gave great tips for the area. We have enjoyed it!

The house is grAnde, spacious, clean, comfortable. She's not missing a thing. Super garden and pool! Very kind, helpful, professional welcome. Stefano and family make you feel at home. Highly recommended for families but also for a group of friends. We'll be back!

It's a very nice apartment with all the amenities. Good Wi-Fi, good shower, coffee machine, kitchen and shower supplies. Domenico, who lives in the same building, is friendly, responsive and went out of his way to help me with a parking permit for the city's blue parking zones. The house is decorated with Domenico's own artwork, which makes it really special. It is located on a pedestrian street in the historical centre, still very quiet and silent. Close to Teatro Rossini, restaurants, museums, supermarket, shopping. Not at the beach (which is good), but within walking distance. I had a very nice stay!

The house is beautiful both inside and outside, as well as the context in which it is located. The garden is wonderful and you find yourself surrounded by greenery in a quiet and peaceful location. You can hear the sound of the highway, but the sound is distant and muffled, we were 8 and it did not bother anyone. Gated place, suitable for families with children and animals. Internally it is well furnished with a uniform style, so you can't find furniture paired with cascade. The mattresses are comfortable. There are mosquito nets that can be wrapped on all the windows. All the equipment in the house works regularly. The house is 5 minutes by car from everything, sea, city center, hypermarket. Giulia is an impeccable host, absolutely discreet presence who made us experience the house as if it was ours, but ready and available in time of need. Highly recommended.

I just spent a week in Roberta's place with my family and I'm fully satisfied.. the house is presented as in the photo, very clean and tidy, complete with everything. Roberta was very kind, also providing me with the cot for my child and the bikes with a child seat . Very kind and super helpful even the in-laws. Highly recommended

The apartment is exactly as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, the house is really spacious. To get to the sea, just walk three minutes and, on the waterfront, there are several attractions. Silvia is always very helpful.

The house is spacious and in a very quiet location. The pool is nice, allows easy swimming and can be easily kept clean with the help of a provided cleaning robot. The view of the hills and the valley below is great and relaxing. There is plenty of space for sunbathing both by the pool and on the terrace. The area is good for hiking and cycling. The last km of the road to the house is gravel, but a normal family car can handle it with no problems during the summer. Anna is a very helpful host and quickly reacts to any questions or problems.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips on the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always ready with answers and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present are the parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment, which is located in a point where it is easy to move around the various places to visit in the area. From the caves of Frasassi to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal.
