Super nice apartment, very neat and were well helped!

Nice and cozy apartment, in a walkable distance from the old town. Great option for travellers who have a car, because parking is just behind window and two steps from the door. Also need to mention very comfy beds. Marco was a great host and responded quickly.

We had a very great time in our AirBnB, the hosts were kind and responsive. The place was very clean and looked like the pictures.

The reception by Ulrike was very warm. During the tour, it turned out that ingredients for a simple meal were available for the day of arrival and breakfast the morning after. Paolo had sent a clear location indication through the app. Super handy. There was a garden we could use. The limoncello we tasted during a cozy conversation was excellent. It was amazing!

Accommodation located in a very quiet area; Mrs. Brunella is a welcoming and very kind host. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Perfectly clean and tidy inside, outside it looks like a paradise in the countryside with a large shared garden and swimming pool. If we really want to find a small flaw, the bathroom is not equipped with a bidet and for those who are used to using it, you have to adapt a little with the hand shower provided. Ultimately, a place to return to and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Relaxation oasis on Mount Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating areas to marvel and dream. The house has plenty of space, is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque scenery of Mondavio and Orciano and discover new perspectives again and again. The house and garden give a feeling of vastness, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nimble lizards, a hoopoe, sparrows and fireflies here. The kitchen is very well equipped with many glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners share everything generously.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully decorated, but also in an absolutely quiet location with stunning views of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

i found what I was looking for , peace and quiet in a very civil building. The garden is priceless and there is a good air. Alessandra's father is a exquisite person

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
