Ideal accommodation for exploring Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you're lucky or in the neighborhood within walking distance, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! I have stayed in this apartment many times and have always found it perfect. Beatrice is always very helpful and responsive. In my opinion, it's one of the best B&Bs in Parma.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

The apartment is beautiful and located on the upper floor on the edge of the old town. It is wonderfully above the rooftops and therefore very quiet. Everything can be reached on foot. It is really beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Alessandro is a great host! He responds immediately, is incredibly helpful and has always provided us with tips during our stay. I highly recommend this great apartment.

Very nice stay. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed. Good follow-up and always quick response from Giuseppe. Good wifi. Easy check-in/check-out. The location of the apartment is perfect in Parma. Walking distance from the railway (or quick bus ride), short distance to all places worth seeing - and you walk straight out into a nice and cozy street. Lots of nice small streets nearby as well as outdoor places. This is the place I would choose again if I were to go to Parma!!

A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.
