Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors. At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
