Carlo&Dany Ground Floor (downtown with garden)

Enjoy a vacation in an elegant apartment in a building in the historic center, from the 1700s just minutes from the main monuments of the city. Equipped with all comforts, with sauna and sound diffusion in all the rooms, the apartment is ideal for two people but if necessary it can also be used for 4, thanks to a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is on the ground floor and with a private patio equipped with tables and chairs, on a quiet condominium park.

The apartment, located in the historic center, is part of a newly renovated building, where history and modernity blend harmoniously. Immersed in a lively and young area, it is characterized by refined furnishings with an elevator on the floor. Microfiltered water, photovoltaic panels, and plastic free some of our eco-friendly choices. The setting is bright and original with a charming altana. You can also enjoy free common amenities including the wellness area.

Relaxation in Trebbia Valley

The Locanda is located on the foothills of Val Trebbia, 3 km from Rivergaro. It offers 2 very spacious wellness suites (50 sqm), one in chalet style and one with a panoramic view of the hills. Both have a double hot tub and double infrared sauna. Amenities: à la carte breakfast served in the room, wine cellar for a fee and minibar, courtesy set, towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, coffee and tea maker, mattress with built-in topper 210 x 200, soundproofing.

Orange Room

Orange room access to the ground floor with bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, hair dryer, sanitary towels, shampoo, foam bath and hand soap. The staircase leads to the 1st floor in the bedroom, with a retractable desk, closet area, minibar, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea/herbal teas, sugar, towels and linen. A few glass bottles are provided to stock up on microfiltered water at the dispenser on the ground floor.

Don Alfonso Suite

The suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area and 1 bathroom. There is also a relaxation area with a large shower, sauna and a large private hot tub. In the living room you will find an area dedicated to herbal teas/coffee designed for your relaxation. The suite is also equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Our suite is 80 sqm and is full of amenities and services designed to recreate a welcoming and comfortable space.

Senape Accommodation

MUSTARD 2nd floor accommodation: includes bedroom and living area with sofa/single bed, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso, kettle and toaster. The room has towels and bed linen, private bathroom equipped with hairdryer, sanitary towels, shampoo, foam bath and hand soap. A few glass bottles are provided to supply microfiltered water at the dispenser on the ground floor.

Camera Rossa

RED room 1st floor. It can have a double bed or two single beds. It is equipped with closet, folding desk, minibar, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea and herbal teas, sugar, towels and linen. The private bathroom comes with a hair dryer, sanitary towels, shampoo, foam bath, and hand soap. A few glass bottles are provided to supply microfiltered water at the dispenser on the ground floor.
