The Giaciglio the Annibale is an oasis! We stayed at the B&B for a week with two small children: delicious breakfast, nice room, practical shared kitchen, magnificent sunbathing lawn with pool, great playground and many playgrounds for the kids. We lacked nothing. Daniela is a very thoughtful and discreet host. We loved it during our stay. We will be happy to come back! Ps: I particularly enjoyed the evenings: The sunset can be admired on the swing, by the pool or from the beautiful lounge overlooking the green hills.

From the moment of arrival and throughout the stay, Silvia was a discreet, attentive and caring presence. The house was fully matched how it was presented to us, and overall we felt right at home.

We stayed 3 nights in the villa and we loved it!!! The villa and the garden are beautiful! It was a perfect place to rest and I would say it looks even better than on the photos. We were 21 people and managed to comfortably fit it. The host was also super helpful and responsive. Would totally recommend!

Livia was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always responding quickly and with care and attention. Overall, this apartment provided a perfect getaway, combining stunning views, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Italy. And we would definitely come back.

Clean and tidy place, matching the description and photos. Very enjoyable garden and convenient location for walking to the center. The host was always accurate and attentive in their communications, even when we were late compared to the expected time of arrival for the traffic that we unfortunately found on the route. Upon our arrival we found fresh water in the fridge and very good cookies, definitely very appreciated! Super positive experience in particular for the kindness of the host. Thank you again!

Antonio is a precise and super helpful host! We were able to adjust the check-in time, he gave us great tips on activities and restaurants in the area. Accommodation in a lovely place, in hilly territory, offers the possibility of nature walks! Very well-stocked apartment, a few years old but with several improvements already made! Recommended!

For the first time I looked for a place to allow my parents to unwind a bit and enjoy a weekend of well-deserved relaxation… What can I say, they were thrilled! Flavia and Laura were extremely helpful with every request, as well as kind and easy-going; their little dogs are very affectionate and sweet, as well as excellent truffle seekers… truffles then enjoyed during a great aperitif dinner! The place was also very nice, well-kept and quiet, great for nice walks; the room was very nice, not to mention the outdoor space with deck chairs… a real oasis of peace. What else can I say? My parents felt very pampered, so I can only be happy with the choice. I hope to meet Flavia and Laura in person soon! 😊

Every detail of the house is downright stunning, so much thought and love went into making it the beautiful space that it is and Silvia, Paola, and Sandro were the kindest hosts we’ve ever had! We’re so grateful for their hospitality and truly can’t wait to come back :)

There is very good and responsive communication with the landlord. It is really helpful that their office is located in the very building were the apartment is. It is possible to rent a garage in the building for 5 EUR per day which we did and thereby avoided the risk of damage made to the car when parked. The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, everything is in walking distance. The apartment feels big, e.g. the sleeping room and the very nice bathroom. There is an elevator in the building. On the negative: the kitchen was not fully equipped with e.g. bread knife, and not every plate or glass was clean.

Excellent location in historic center.

I am a commuter college student and needed to stay in town for one night, I stayed in the single attic room and it's exactly what I needed: a bed and a clean bathroom. The place is not small for one person, but being an attic the walkable space is certainly small, but definitely well organized and above all clean. The property is also beautiful to see and certainly renovated, like the room. The location is not central, in fact it is located between the highway exit and the euro towers center, but as far as I was concerned it was more than fine: close to the ring road convenient to get to the campus and close to the euro towers, as mentioned, where there are various places to eat. Very convenient automatic check-in with keypad: essential for avoiding problems with handing over and returning keys. I recommend it to all commuting students who need support every now and then in Parma, I myself will return if I need it.
