L'alloggio di Silbia corrisponde alla descrizione offerta. Il check-in è comodo e Silvia è gentile e disponibilissima. La cucina è attrazzata, l'arrivo è comodissimo ed il paesaggio circostante è mozzafiato. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir haben bei Giovanni und Danielle eine wunderbare Woche verbracht! Elena und Dario sind sehr herzlich und waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gelegen. Man kann viele Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternehmen und die vielfältige Natur- und Tierwelt bestaunen. Auch größere Städte und Küstenorte wie La Spezia sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und besonders gemütlich durch den Kamin. So ließ es sich auch am den Regentagen gut verweilen. Bestimmt werden wir noch einmal wiederkommen.

Das Giaciglio die Annibale ist eine Oase! Wir waren eine Woche lang mit zwei kleinen Kindern Gast im B&B: Leckeres Frühstück, schönes Zimmer, praktische Gemeinschaftsküche, herrliche Liegewiese mit Pool, toller Spielplatz und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Daniela ist eine sehr aufmerksame und dezente Gastgeberin. Wir haben sie während unseres Aufenthaltes ins Herz geschlossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ps: Besonders genossen habe ich die Abende: Den Sonnenuntergang kann man auf der Schaukel, am Pool oder von der wunderschönen Lounge aus mit Blick in die grünen Hügel bewundern.

Fin dall'arrivo e per tutto il soggiorno Silvia è stata una presenza discreta, attenta e premurosa. La casa era pienamente corrispondente a come ci era stata presentata, e nell'insieme ci siamo trovate come a casa.

Our recent stay at this charming villa was nothing short of incredible. The place was exceptionally cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The views of the mountains from the apartment were breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop that made our stay even more special. The apartment itself was immaculately preserved and tidy, reflecting the care and attention to detail of the hosts. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Livia was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always responding quickly and with care and attention. Overall, this apartment provided a perfect getaway, combining stunning views, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Italy. And we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed home with thoughtful touches. Loved the furniture, art and stying. The kitchen was great and we appreciated the heated floors during our winter stay, which created a warm ambience throughout. Paolo was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love to return again.

Antonio è un host preciso e super disponibile! Abbiamo potuto aggiustare l’orario di check in, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su attività e ristoranti in zona. Alloggio in un posto incantevole, in territorio collinare, offre possibilità di passeggiate nella natura! Appartamento molto fornito, abitazione vecchia di qualche anno ma con diverse migliorie già effettuate! Consigliato!

Per la prima volta ho cercato un posto per poter permettere ai miei genitori di staccare un po’ la spina e godersi un weekend di meritato relax… Che dire, ne sono stati entusiasti! Flavia e Laura sono state estremamente disponibili per ogni richiesta, nonché gentili e alla mano; le loro cagnoline sono molto affettuose e dolci, nonché ottime cercatrici di tartufi… tartufi gustati poi durante un ottimo apericena! Il posto poi era molto carino, curato e silenzioso, ottimo per fare delle belle passeggiate; la camera molto bella, senza contare lo spazio esterno con le sdraio… una vera oasi di pace. Cosa aggiungere? I miei genitori si sono sentiti molto coccolati, quindi non posso che essere contenta della scelta. Spero anzi di poter conoscere presto Flavia e Laura di persona! 😊

There is very good and responsive communication with the landlord. It is really helpful that their office is located in the very building were the apartment is. It is possible to rent a garage in the building for 5 EUR per day which we did and thereby avoided the risk of damage made to the car when parked. The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, everything is in walking distance. The apartment feels big, e.g. the sleeping room and the very nice bathroom. There is an elevator in the building. On the negative: the kitchen was not fully equipped with e.g. bread knife, and not every plate or glass was clean.

Sono un universitario pendolare e ho avuto la necessità di fermarmi in città per una notte, ho alloggiato nella stanza singola mansardata ed è esattamente quello di cui avevo bisogno: un letto e un bagno pulito. Il locale non è piccolo per una persona, ma essendo una mansarda lo spazio calpestabile è sicuramente poco, ma decisamente ben organizzato e soprattutto pulito. Anche l'immobile è bello da vedere e sicuramente ristrutturato, come la stanza. La posizione non è centrale, anzi si trova tra il casello autostradale e il centro euro torri, ma per quanto serviva a me andava più che bene: vicino alla tangenziale comodo per arrivare al campus e vicino all'euro torri, come detto, dove ci sono vari posti per mangiare. Comodissimo il check-in automatico con il tastierino: fondamentale per non avere problemi con consegna e restituzione delle chiavi. Consiglio a tutti gli studenti pendolari che necessitano di un appoggio ogni tanto a Parma, io stesso ci tornerò se dovessi averne bisogno.
