House surrounded by greenery, spacious and very clean as well as being a real jewel immersed in the reggian hills. Enrico was a great host, always helpful and very kind. The house is in a very quiet area in the countryside, very spacious and perfectly matches the photos and description, great value for money and an unforgettable stay! Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Unfortunately, our stay was very eventful, and Athos advised us well and was always very responsive. The people of the village of Noce are great: special mentions for the ladies of the bar and the grocery store: Vanna, Valentina and Monica! They were so warm and friendly! Also go to the village restaurant: friendly atmosphere and excellent pizzas! In short, we found a beautiful home with a perfect host, great neighbors, a picture-perfect village atmosphere! We don't speak Italian, but we tried, and the more we try, the more we want to learn! A place we were unable to explore as planned due to circumstances, but where we would like to be able to return. I'll stop or Athos will have no more availability for the year!

Maria Grazie's place is a beautiful depandance immersed in the greenery of the Parma plain. Beautiful spaces, cozy, warm, like being at home. I had a comfortable and quiet night, very comfortable bed! Highly recommended if you want to visit the Parma area or, convenient to everything and close to good restaurants. More than a positive experience!

Great place. A car is a must.

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

It was a pretty big house for us - as there were too many bed rooms. And the kitchen and other arrangements were really nice. Probably another toilet in that big apartment would have made it a perfect one. Thank you very much Loredana for your friendly support throughout the stay

The accommodation is very nice with large, bright and very clean rooms; the furniture is new in some parts, flanked by very well-kept and beautiful antique furniture. The equipment is great for preparing meals, coffee, tea; comfortable bed and sofa bed for a satisfying rest. The period house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, and close to the charming medieval historic center full of clubs and shops and can be visited with a pleasant walk. The owner was very nice in checking in, providing instructions and information and making us find the table set with a rich breakfast, including a delicious homemade cake. Very positive opinion and, if you get the chance, go back.

We got to stay here for one night out of our honeymoon! Paolo was so kind, he met us at the door, gave us a whole tour, took the time to talk with us, and even set up a reservation at a restaurant for us. one of the best dining experiences we had for our trip. We were able to get laundry done and it felt like we were right at home. We would absolutely stay again!!

The house is spartan but for and my partner it's a highlight. Genuine accommodation, great location, we will definitely be back.
