We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

Maria Pia's Airbnb, is absolutely fabulous! it was beautifully appointed. Maria Pia greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us all around the apartment. The Airbnb is along the piazza, which made it convenient to shop, go to a café, have an aperitivo, or a passeggiata. We can't thank her enough, and will book her Airbnb the next time we are going to Ascoli Piceno.

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

We had a wonderful stay at Stefan's. The property is very beautiful and the annex house where we stayed is large, perfectly equipped and furnished in style. We were on the ground floor and it was perfect, since temperatures can rise in summer. Stefan is an extremely kind, responsive, helpful, and unobtrusive effort. We stayed in the property as if we were there alone. The area is extremely beautiful and varied, with small towns everywhere that are treasures, and excellent gastronomy (where Stefan also advised us). In short, a great stay!

Chiara's place is very clean and equipped with all comforts, centrally located and easy to find. We had a great time and communication with the host was always immediate. Recommended!

Nice apartment, easy access to the local beach, friendly, responsive host

The house has well organized spaces and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay; everything is very well cared for and tidy: dishes, furniture, appliances, sheets and towels provided by the host. The pool in the residence was super appreciated by the children and is a great opportunity. From the apartment you can walk to the sea (free beach or lido) in just a few minutes as you get to the center or supermarket.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The place is wonderful. Old charming place renovated with taste. Super comfortable and well located. We will come back with pleasure!

truly superlative host. His hospitality was impeccable, with presentation of the house and the area. He gave excellent sincere advice on places to eat and places to visit. The house is as shown in the photos, comfortable and spacious both in the rooms and especially in the common areas. The many services available in the house helped us to spend a wonderful vacation full of friendship and relaxation.

We enjoyed our stay in Casale Mignola a lot. We were traveling with family and friends and the house with the facilities did cope with our very high expectations. If not even exceeding. Laura was greatly responding to all our questions, proactively providing recommendations and with that, allowing us to plan ahead our stay. Tomaso assured the prompt and efficient check-in that made us feel at home from very beginning. One highlight was the dinner prepared in the house by chef Lorenzo and Pepe. Delicious local menu. Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

The stay was really pleasant. At check-in we were greeted by Eleonora, who immediately offered us a good tea on arrival. Always quick to respond and ready to give advice of all kinds. The apartment is small, but very nice and cozy. The residence looks very well organized, with controlled entrances and concierge service even in winter. Surely in summer you can make the most of tennis and pool courts. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Recommended host Andrea is a helpful person, she responds quickly. The apartment is close to many amenities 5 min walk from the beach.. apartment equipped with a private garage but along the street there are many unpaid parking lots, new apartment equipped with all the comforts including a washer dryer very comfortable for a maritime vacation

Amazing location (especially during Ferragosto), prompt responsive host, clean and nice amenities. During the intense heat of August the air conditioning could have been better (low power for the job it is doing), but that is just a heads-up, not a complaint. The place was excellent.

Silvia's place is very spacious and well equipped. It is extremely clean and very close to the city center. Silvia is absolutely a wonderful host - great communication, care and attitude. We'd gladly stay at her place again.
