We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – Danke, Christiano! Unser Aufenthalt bei Christiano war von Anfang bis Ende einfach rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft war in einem tadellosen Zustand – blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man spürt sofort: Hier kümmert sich jemand mit echter Hingabe um seine Gäste. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die warme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet, sodass wir sofort abschalten und den Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Auch kleine Details wie frische Handtücher, eine aufgeräumte Küche und liebevoll hergerichtete Räume haben das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Christiano selbst war ein herausragender Gastgeber: immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht einfach nur Gäste zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein – das ist leider nicht überall selbstverständlich. Cet appartement est en plein centre d’Ascoli Piceno, il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût très récemment. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé, agréable à vivre. La literie est très confortable et le linge de grande qualité. Nous avons trouvé sur place tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour cuisiner, huile, vinaigre, épices… De l’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, des yaourts, des fruits, des boissons… Des biscottes, des gâteaux, cakes, croissants, du café, du thé, des infusions… Et, le matin, accroché à notre porte des croissants frais pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons été accueillis par Maria Pia, absolument charmante. L’appartement est à 5’ à pieds du parking Saba Torricella (avec les tickets de Maria Pia, 5€ pour 24h00 et la voiture est à l’ombre). Un AirBnB 5 étoiles!

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

A nice apartment in the heart of the old town just along from the piazza and just around the corner from the school. Modern and nicely decorated TV room that matches the photos which was very relaxing. Great host who was very prompt to sort out any queries or problems. The apartment is on the top floor so there are a few stairs to climb and there is no lift, but the host kindly assisted with bags. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Recanati.

Such a great place to stay, easy walking distance and close to shops , eateries , post office. The accommodation was like a home away from home and one night turned into three we loved it that much . Washer / Dryer was a bonus ! The host is lovely and super helpful, replies quickly to messages . Thanks for a memorable stay in your lovely cosy space xx

L'host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La casa molto bella. Ha ospitato mio padre e la compagna che si sono trovati benissimo.

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

Incredibly beautiful place nestled into the mountains. The views are breathtaking and the hosts are so welcoming and kind. Dori is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The place is wonderful. Old charming place renovated with taste. Super comfortable and well located. We will come back with pleasure!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marco und seiner Frau. Die Villa ist wunderschön. Marco kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas braucht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen! 😊Marco hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla casa, una piccola bomboniera, perfetta per due persone e attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni, lavatrice, lavasciuga e ultima ma nn ultima lavastoviglie. La casa come detto è veramente bella , vicinissima alla spiaggia…5 minuti a piedi.

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

Amazing location (especially during Ferragosto), prompt responsive host, clean and nice amenities. During the intense heat of August the air conditioning could have been better (low power for the job it is doing), but that is just a heads-up, not a complaint. The place was excellent.

Pietro e la moglie Sandra con le figlie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili in ogni momento. Bellissimo e ordinato il casale al nostro arrivo. Location tranquilla e dotato di ogni comfort.

Ottima esperienza, a due passi dal lungomare. L’appartamento è ben curato e attrezzato non solo per soggiorni brevi.

Silvia's place is very spacious and well equipped. It is extremely clean and very close to the city center. Silvia is absolutely a wonderful host - great communication, care and attitude. We'd gladly stay at her place again.

L’appartamento è molto comodo e completissimo di tutto quello che serve! Arredato in modo molto bello e tutto nuovissimo! Pulizia ottima e comunicazione con Riccardo pure. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene è raccomando a tutti questi nell’appartamento se vi trovate da queste parti!
