Villa vacation rentals in Province of Macerata

Upon arrival we were very kindly welcomed by Luigi's parents. The place is an oasis of peace and we had access to the entire property, with various beautiful places. Very welcoming. The house is authentic and you immediately feel at home. Everything was available, only the WiFi did not work optimally. In short, it was very special to be here for a week. Thanks Luigi, Marco and Anna.

Our stay at Marcia’s place was fantastic! The house provided us with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool opened in june and was always clean and fresh since Marcia’s dad cleaned it every morning. Marcia is very helpful with things worth seeing in the area!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. an amazing stay. Dreaming of calm, rest and tranquility? this is a perfect place. the house is big, clean, fresh and very nice. everything is there to cook or even play with family, especially in the outdoor kitchen. we loved our stay and recommend this place. a big thank you to Anja and celestial for their welcome, kindness, and kindness.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Villa is beautiful and looks better than in the photos. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, it is a very quiet area. We relaxed a lot by the pool, the kitchen is fully equipped. Thank you Andy for all recommendations and good communication :) Definitely, it is worth to stay here 👍

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

Greatly cared for house of all comforts with beautiful outdoor space (covered terrace, bbq/pizza oven, swimming pool, sunbeds, hammock, ping pong table, balcony) with fantastic views. We enjoyed our family, available daily food nearby, visited the beach several times plus beautiful, historic towns nearby. Recommended for relaxing holidays in the Marken!
