The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

I'll start by saying that Marta is really a Super Host, responsive in her answers, she made me find a very clean apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment reflects what is published in the listing, a beautiful view from the infinity terrace with a view of the square and the sea. The parking space is conveniently located in the basement and easily accessible from the apartment. Definitely to be recommended to friends.

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. A charming house with soundproof windows, a laundry area, and a garage for beach toys and bicycles. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

My wife and I were guests at Sandro's and we had a great time. Sandro's welcome was perfect, kind, charismatic and attentive to all the details. The apartment is very nice, very clean, bright and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, you leave the house and you are on the sea and the area is quiet despite having all the services nearby. We thank Sandro again for his hospitality, we will definitely be back and highly recommend the property.

Casina is a characteristic and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Porto Recanati. The house is spread across three floors, furnished with care and equipped with all amenities. A few steps from the house, both the promenade with beach establishments and restaurants, and the center of Porto Recanati with all the services at your fingertips. Ideal for those like us who were on vacation with small children: you can move very well on foot and the evening ZTL guarantees tranquility and safety. If you then want to take a tour of the beautiful Marche hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, etc.), everything is easily accessible. Alessandro is a very kind, attentive and always super helpful host: a holiday with bows, we were divinely!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

The owner was kind, thorough, and helpful. The house is very comfortable, clean and the spaces are well distributed and the garden outside with a covered part can also be used outside with a covered part equipped with a table and benches. Reserved parking is priceless and inside a closed residential area accessible only to residents. Proximity to the sea and private beaches at about 250 meters, the first free beach is about 800 meters away. Along the walk, pizzerias and restaurants are available, there is a supermarket and pharmacy near the house. Nearby Luna Park, and a few kilometers from Loreto, Recanati, Sirolo and Numana (arrange parking available on days close to Ferragosto). The stay was really pleasant.

Perfect stay in a dream location! The apartment is beautiful, located in a newly renovated building with taste and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The terrace is wonderful, with an unparalleled view of Monte Conero: perfect for panoramic breakfasts or for relaxing at sunset. The location is ideal: very close to everything, but in a quiet area, perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of the area without sacrificing comfort. A special thanks to Roberto, a host who is always kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great cordiality and also made a convenient early check-in possible. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

the spaces perfectly match what is shown in the listing, convenient location in front of the sea of Porto Potenza Picena, with direct access to the underpass practically in front. The possibility of using the inner courtyard or in any case the space in front to park cars is very convenient. Very well cared for in detail, you can see that it has been recently arranged, equipped with all accessories, utensils, supplies including vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Both rooms have air conditioning, which is necessary as it is exposed to the sun at least until 2 pm in summer. We had a very good time, very helpful host, kind, responsive to any request or need. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

I was a guest of Daniele's with my husband and children. The newly renovated apartment is located in a slightly old but quiet building, very functional with excellent well-organized spaces, balcony and everything you need to stay comfortably. The great location to reach a nice free beach, the center with a 15-minute walk, in general convenient to get around both the Conero and the hinterland. I definitely recommend
