We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

Wonderful place! We loved the view and stunning view of Lucca. The reception was incredibly helpful as well. They helped us book a taxi for the wedding we were attending.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! Wonderful Tuscan apartment in very nice surroundings. Unique property around the historic Villa Guinigi with a magnificent view of Lucca. Great pool and park. The apartment is very spacious and decorated with a lot of taste and high quality. Restaurants are within walking distance. At the reception you will be helped with everything and there is chilled spumante and wine. Matteo's father welcomed us and told the story of the Guinigis and gave many great tips for Lucca. It was also great that we had chilled water, wines and some snacks in the apartment. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Borgo with a interesting Napoleon background. Neat apartments welcome you for a bit of peace and quietness. Gardens surrounding the Borgo are beautifully manicured and the pool is absolutely stunning. From this little Italian gem you can easily travel to the must sees in this part of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa & the Mediterranean beaches.

This is the place. Stay Here...!!!... We've been to Lucca a few times and by far this Airbnb is tops. Perfect location to put you in the heart of things but off the street enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The living room is huge and relaxing is easy. Steps away from espresso shops and too many restaurants to count. We found free parking outside the walls without problem. Check in was so easy with the host providing step by step pictures of how to get in... And to have an elevator is such a plus for tired legs. Book it here!

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay. Perfect starting point for many possibilities. Wonderful, with a lot of attention to detail and quiet accommodation. We are very reserved, so we really appreciated it. Giulio was always available in case of anything and had great tips. Accommodation has everything it needs, very clean and tiptop. Highly recommended, we immediately felt at home.

We had great stay at Luca's place. Viareggio has some great restaurants in the neighborhood and is a great central hub to visit surrounding places. Will defiantly go back if we are in the region.

Perfect stay. The room was super clean, extremely stocked with anything and in a quiet location and out of the chaos. Host Claudia was always very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back to Claudia if I have to go back to the area. Thank you so much!

It was a great apartment in beautiful surroundings, but in the evening children still played very loudly in front of the door and the bells from the church must also be able to bear. Otherwise, it was really good.

Luisa and Damiano were superb hosts! They went above and beyond of what we could have expected and really made my 30th Birthday celebrations special. From getting a beautiful cake from a local patisserie to printing out a present, putting up decorations and getting all ingredients for pizza they really put out all the stops. Pizza night was really fun and great way to get to know the hosts. The house itself was beautiful and you can tell they've put a lot of love into designing it. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and more and the house had every home comfort you may need. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It’s a lovely place next to a garage and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and grapes. The garage is small and means there is plenty of space for parking. The back yard was really lovely and playful. We enjoyed the proximity to Lucca and all the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this house for people traveling with a car. It was very nice to pull right up and be able to park.

We had a wonderful stay and a very good time! Unfortunately, there was a double bed in a basement room without windows. A stay with 8 people is therefore perfect! But other than that - we would come back! Many thanks for the hostess!
