Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Immer erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und weiteres erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Piombino hat uns sehr gefallen. :)

Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni nell'appartamento di Lorenzo e Francesca, un appartamento molto comodo, pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. La sua posizione ci ha permesso di visitare molte località vicine oltre che la splendida Peccioli. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, ascigatrice, microonde, macchina del caffè...); per l'auto abbiamo sempre trovato posto nei parcheggi liberi a poche centinaia di metri. Le indicazioni ricevute per parcheggi, check-in e altro sono state molto precise e tempestive. Torneremmo volentieri nell'appartamento di Lorenzo e Francesca. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr gut. Sie hat die vollen Punkte verdient und mehr. Nachdem wir früher anreisen durften wurden von Mirijam und Gaspare persönlich begrüßt. Sie haben uns alles erklärt und gezeigt, hervorragende Gastgeber. Es ist eine Wohnung wie in einem Luxushotel. Alles ist sehr sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Am Schlafzimmer ist eine Loggia die mit stimmungsvollem Licht dazu einlädt den Abend dort zu verbringen. Wir haben in die Bäume geschaut und den Fröschen gelauscht. Die Küche bietet alles um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Insgesamt liegt die Unterkunft in einem privaten sicher Areal vom Golf und Tennisclub. Ein Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung unbedingt.

È stata una scoperta davvero piacevole. Ho trascorso due giorni con il mio ragazzo nella casetta di Giugi e non possiamo che dire di esserci trovati benissimo. La casa è in una posizione ottimale, nel pieno centro di Livorno. Siamo arrivati in auto e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter usufruire del posto auto dedicato, davvero comodo. L’appartamento è molto carino e, soprattutto, pulitissimo. Giulia e il suo co-host Axel sono stati padroni di casa impeccabili: gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. La comunicazione con loro è stata eccellente, con risposte rapide ed esaustive. Hanno saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande cortesia. Consiglio sinceramente a tutti questo appartamento!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Man hat sich sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns richtig gut gefallen, die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Unterkunft war für uns in perfekter Lage. So konnten wir mit dem Auto alle Ziele in der Umgebung - wie Florenz, Pisa, Szene und Elba - super erreichen. Auch die Gastfreundschaft die uns entgegengebracht wurde hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Toskana sofort wiederkommen.

We loved our short stay, the apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds. The communal pool is absolutely spotless & so refreshing with plenty of sun beds & parasols & a friendly lifeguard. Serena was so helpful with recommendations & getting around & always responded quickly. The location is great for exploring the area with good transport links & beaches & restaurants within walking distance.

Le logement proposé correspond à la description. Il est très pratique pour une famille. La ville de Ghizzano est très agréable et bien situé.

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

The very best of hosts! Gracious and friendly, Antonio and Carmela instantly made me feel at home and part of the family. The apartment is as peaceful and comfortable as described. My dogs had the best time walking around the fields and hills. I will definitely visit again.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza nei nostri confronti e nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati. La casa (enorme) super pulita e curata, un fantastico e bellissimo giardino tutto recintato perfetto per far scorazzare i cani. Per i nostri appuntamenti in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schön gelegene und gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Olivenhain toll und die Möglichkeit, mit Holz zu heizen. Betten waren bequem, Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, das Zentrum von Bibbona zu Fuß erreichbar (schöner, ca. 20 minütiger Spaziergang). Um größere Einkäufe zu tätigen braucht man ein Auto, ebenso um ans Meer zu fahren oder in andere Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

Only amazing things to say! The property itself is gorgeous!!! Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities on the propers were phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, wellness area, absolutely everything. There was always someone available to help us with any questions, book reservations, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Laura ist ein wunderbarer, liebevoller Host. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben - sehr sauber, sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

Wir haben bei Massimo 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht und mehr als erwartet war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einzigartig. Zur wunderschönen Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geachäften und Restaurants sind es nur ca 20 Meter. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber und Mensch.. Man merkt wie sehr er sein Business liebt! Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Direkt nebenan findet man 2 sehr schöne, kleine und einzigartige Bistrots mit tollen Wirten die einem eine gute Zeit bereiten mit leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken bereiten. Danke!!!! Danke!!!!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco.
