Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Livorno

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Great host! answered almost immediately, had lots of recommendations, very helpful (we needed something for the kitchen and he brought it the same day), he even carried my friends heavy suitcase upstairs 🙂, thanks for making our stay in piombino so lovely!!!

We stayed a few days in Lorenzo and Francesca's apartment, a very comfortable apartment, clean and matching the listing description. Its location has allowed us to visit many nearby towns as well as the beautiful Peccioli. The apartment is equipped with all amenities (washing machine, dryer, microwave, coffee maker...); for the car we have always found a place in free parking lots a few hundred meters away. The directions received for parking, check-in, and more were very accurate and timely. We would be happy to return to Lorenzo and Francesca's apartment. Thanks again for the hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay with Miriam and Gaspare! The place was outstanding—clean, comfortable, and felt newly renovated with a modern, high-tech touch. It had everything we needed, including an iron, washing machine, and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. They were incredibly friendly and their detailed instructions and local tips made everything easy. It’s about 25 minutes from Pisa by car or bus, 45 minutes to Lucca, and an hour to Florence. The beach is an easy 18-minute walk. While the town is quiet, there’s a great coffee shop and a Coop store nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-located getaway!

Well organized communication and very accurate description of the apartment

This was my first Airbnb stay, and I really liked it. The space was cozy, spacious, and very clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. I was able to use the entire lower floor where my parents lived, and everything was well equipped without any inconvenience. The host, Andrea, was really pleasant and kind, and she was proficient in English, so there were no difficulties in communicating at all. Not only that, but with your thoughtful consideration, you always responded quickly and kindly, and I was very grateful that you shared homemade bread and fresh vegetables. Also, I was able to freely use the spacious yard and spend a relaxing time in a comfortable atmosphere. The experience here was really special, and this is a place I would like to visit again!

We loved our short stay, the apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds. The communal pool is absolutely spotless & so refreshing with plenty of sun beds & parasols & a friendly lifeguard. Serena was so helpful with recommendations & getting around & always responded quickly. The location is great for exploring the area with good transport links & beaches & restaurants within walking distance.

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

The location is special, it reserves a unique view and exceptional livability... you live total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

We had a very nice few days with Antonio and his family. The location is really great, by car we were able to visit many activities and attractions. The house itself was very clean and well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

The stay was short, but the welcome we and our 4-legged friends received made us feel super pampered. The house (huge) super clean and well-kept, a fantastic and beautiful fenced garden perfect for letting dogs run around. We will definitely be back for our appointments in the area!

Very nicely located and cozy place to stay. We found the quiet location overlooking the olive grove great and the possibility to heat with wood. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, the center of Bibbona within walking distance (beautiful, about 20-minute walk). To make larger purchases you need a car, as well as to drive to the sea or to other places. We felt very comfortable and recommend this place!

An incredibly beautiful place to stay. Set amidst the vineyard, the accommodation was above our expectations - beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could need.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Massimo's place in a great apartment. Everything you need and more than expected was available in the apartment. The location directly on the harbor is unique. It is only about 20 meters to the beautiful pedestrian zone with many geachsties and restaurants. Massimo is a great host and person.. You can tell how much he loves his business! He is friendly, helpful and always there if you have any questions. Right next door you will find 2 very nice, small and unique bistrots with great hosts who give you a good time with delicious food and good drinks. Thanks!!!! Thank you!!!!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.
