Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Livorno

Die Lage in Porto Azzuro war super. Vorallem, um abends etwas zu unternehmen oder Essen zu gehen. Alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Am Fenster konnte man am Morgen schön in der Sonne sitzen und das Treiben in der Gasse beobachten.

Wohnung war super sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Große saubere Badezimmer, weiche bequeme Betten. Internet nur über 5 G. Großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse und Ausblick auf den Kanal. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Viele Restaurants in fussläufiger Umgebung.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es ist wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Check In war super einfach und überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr unkompliziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns auch, damit wir vor Ort parken konnten. Die Umgebung kannten wir schon, ist einfach schön da zwischen Meer und Wald. ☀️

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio è funzionale e pulitissimo, la posizione davvero meravigliosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io, il mio compagno, bimba di 6 anni e i nostri 2 cani…che dire..ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Rossella, Francesco e i 2 bambini sono stati molto ospitali, amichevoli e senza essere mai invadenti. Il nostro alloggio era pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, inclusi camera spaziosa, cucina completa di tutto, addirittura con lavastoviglie e microonde e bagno spazioso. Erano inclusi anche lenzuola, asciugamani, e addirittura aspirapolvere, stendino ecc… Fuori avevamo un’area ad uso esclusivo con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. La vista sul mare è fantastica e basta scendere delle scalette per arrivare sulla spiaggia privata della villa dove è presente una terrazza con sdraio e poltrone condivise con gli altri ospiti.. Dovessimo ritornare in zona sicuramente cercheremo sempre alloggio a Villa l’hermite! Grazie di cuore 💖

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa mit perfektem Aussen und Gartenbereich zum in der Sonne liegen. Fantastischer Blick sogar vom Esstisch innen auf den Strand von Morcone👌 Es war sehr sauber und die Komunikation mit Mariana war perfekt.. sie hat uns auch direkt bei den Restaurants angerufen wegen Tisch Reservation und ob geöffnet da wir im April noch vor der Saison da waren. Wetter war nicht so rosig aber da wir gerne lesen haben wir einfch eingeheizt und es uns gemütlich gemacht.. Danke für alles Mariana🙏

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober mit unseren Kindern (10&12) eine Woche in Zanca verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Villa war super sauber und die Kommunikation sehr angenehm. Die Bucht hat einen sehr schönen Sandstrand umgeben von Felsen. Schwimmen und Schnorcheln waren sehr schön.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Blown away, we will be back many times

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Spero di tornare in estate.

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Silvia è una persona fantastica.Ha arredato la casa con gusto e creatività. La posizione è centralissima e comoda per tutto . Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie per la disponibilità e l'accoglienza. Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze.
