Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of La Spezia

We 8 (2 families with 2 small children each) had a fantastic time in this wonderful house with a dream view of the sea!! The area is breathtaking, you can easily explore the Cinque Terre by train from Framura station. The hiking trails are well described and fantastic! The beds in the room are fresh and very comfortable, the bathroom is good and the wardrobes also offer enough storage space. The small village of Framura is sugar-sweet and offers one of the best pizzerias, a pharmacy and two small shops to buy the essentials. In short: we will be back, it was heavenly! :-) Caterina was always available for questions, very nice, uncomplicated exchange, thank you very much!

Anna's accommodation is located in the small village of Ponzo whose authenticity is what we are looking for. We reached the 5 earths by car because at this time there are not many people. We hiked in the beautiful setting of Parc des 5 Terre. Thanks to Anna, who was a very responsive host, attentive to our well-being.

The house is really beautiful and very neat. It has a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was arranged in order and we had a very good stay overall. Wish to stay there again when visited next time?

Just the most lovely stay, perfect place in the countryside and only 30mins from cinque terre and 1h from Pisa. Lovely town to walk in and plenty of food choices. Alessandro was really helpful and very responsive. We had a lovely pie waiting for us and fresh eggs throughout our stay. The place is great for families and plenty of room. Francesca was a welcoming and responsive host. The house is majestic and the setting exceptional, time seems to stand still. The bedding is excellent and we found a very clean house. You will need a car to get around, the nearest beach is Levanto, which is a 30-minute drive away. Pisa and Genoa are 1 hour away, the Cinque Terre 30 minutes by Levanto (then take the train). We also swam in the river next door (5 min drive).

Small, simple house where you feel comfortable. Polo, Elias' father, picked us up in the village and showed us the way. He is an exceptionally nice person and gave us a warm welcome. We had a very nice vacation.

We had some wonderful days We visited Cinque Terre by train and walking, we also found Sestri Levante very pleasant and the center walkable from the free parking lot at the station nearby. Our favorite getaway was Portovenere. We took two beautiful walks to a stream and round at Sestri Levante. This apartment is a wonderful comfortable base for days of hiking and towns visit. Nice authentic Italian apartment in a lovely village. Great shower. Lots of quality cafes nearby. Had lots of fun with the locals at a volunteer festival that took place when we were there.

We had a great time at Paola's,great place to stay in car-free downtown,great location. Through Paola we were able to get a parking ticket with which we could easily park the car over the days. We wouldn't need it on site, then were on foot and/or by train. Paola was easily accessible, responded quickly and reliably. Everything is great.

We had an unforgettable week with the family. The apartment is in a great location and the views are simply breathtaking. Every morning, we had the chance to enjoy an exceptional panorama from the two balconies. The place is really peaceful, ideal for forgetting the daily stress of work. The apartment is well furnished and perfectly clean. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for relaxing moments away from the noise and pollution of the city. an extremely cosy and restful place with a truly helpful host. the way up the hill has its specific instructions which is not difficult at all, especially with a bus stop right in front of the place. Monia is helpful, responsive, and gives great recommendations. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for me especially having to wake up early the morning to work.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

This home was exactly what I was looking for to make great memories with family. Here, three generations could have plenty of space in incredibly beautiful setting. Very tasteful and inspiringly decorated. Everyone had separate bathrooms, all decorated in personal and beautiful way. large kitchen where we could cook together and eat either on the terrace or indoors in the evening. The view from the terrace and all the bedrooms were incredible. Mans saw the sea the city and mountains on the other side of the bay. I recommend having a car as it is a good distance from the city and also high up in the mountains. WE are grateful that we could rent this beautiful house with a lot of history.

This is the Italian coast dream. Amazing house with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Very special!

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Enjoyed our stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful villa. It was a great experience to stay there.

we had a great stay in the wonderful house of Alberto and Graziela. we were very lucky with the sunny days,at this time of the year,so we still could enjoy the different (sun) terraces. our 2 border collies loved the garden and the walks we've made. The house is very authentic and comfortable . It has all we like: good shower, good bed, beautiful views, heating and even a fire place. The kitchen was well equipped, since in this time of season not all the restaurants are open anymore. The hamlet is only 12 minutes away from Levanto, but after driving the windy roads several times, you get easily used to it. If you like staying away from 'the crowds' in a beautiful quiet area, this is the place for you. Communication with Alberto and Graziella was very easy, they responded quickly to all the questions. very glad we've stayed here to discover the 5tierra area.

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.
