The place is beautiful and much better than photos! There is so much space in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are fab! The idea of shared spaces is very nice. While its up in the mountains, we didnt find it difficult getting out and about everyday. But you have to have your own transport (would not recommend without a car/bike) It was easy to park. Easy to get in and with hosts being there everyday we felt like if we needed something we could always ask. Its a very grand stay and we would definitely be looking to return. Shower room is modern along with modern kitchen, and the bedrooms with living space while having old style features are practical and well thought out. Us and our pets had a lovely time at the villa 💛

The place has all the comforts, clean and furnished with care. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and the center of Moneglia. Absolutely appreciate the parking space in the garage.

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

As soon as we walked in my daughter said to me… “I’m gonna get married here one day” and another guest described it as … “A little paradise ” - Massimiliano’s place it’s breathtaking!!!- pictures doesn’t capture the wonderful sunrises or the sounds of nature every morning. This place it’s certainly 10 out of 10, ideal for families, couples or solo traveler. It has a private entrance, spacious parking, common kitchen where food it’s shared, perfect communication with host and can’t forget the pillow sachet on every bed, which is very thoughtful.

A really very nice place, just outside Sarzana, great suites and amenities. The only time is breakfast 8-10... a little late at 8 am as a start in my opinion...... better at 7.30 at least.

The accommodation we liked very well. It was as shown in the pictures. Above all, we enjoyed the balcony with sea views and wide views over the city and the valley.

Massimiliano and Sylvia were lovely from A to Z, we had a great weekend in their villa. The place is breathtaking, everything is designed to make the experience unforgettable and the hosts are boundlessly generous (cakes, focaccia, bread on demand...). It's like being at home in Italy! Don’t hesitate to stay at this place. Marco goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He was flexible with our arrival time, as we had a few hiccups while driving there. He helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and made sure we understood how everything worked. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat, which we really appreciated. The apartment is just like the photos. We were a group of four and stayed comfortably for two nights. Everything looks new. At check-out, Marco came by to make sure we were all set before heading to the central station. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated the assistance.

We spent a wonderful 8 days in the apartment. The apartment was in a very good and well maintained condition. The apartment is modern and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. As a family of five with dog companions, the apartment offers enough space with its three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen-living room as well as three balconies. The beach and promenade are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Despite its direct location by the sea and promenade, it is very quiet as the building is located on a side street to the marina. From the balcony, you have a unique view to the sea. Around the corner of the apartment is a small grocery store where you can buy very good and fresh food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay and the lovely apartment. Lisa meant us at check in and throughout our stay was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions and had wonderful recommendations. There was all sorts of treats & were well stocked for cooking needs. Probably the best I have ever seen. In a quiet location but close to a tram stop for a quick ride to the old city. Don't miss the gelato just a short walk from the stay. Excellent and highly recommended!

Reem had excellent communication skills and promptly answered all the questions I had about the space. He was able to accommodate 16 of us with no issue whatsoever and provided a beautiful breakfast and a place for students to get away for the weekend. Highly recommend booking with Reem if you’re looking for a place to explore around Cinque Terre. It is a 3 minute walk away from the train so explore was incredibly easy. Great Price too!

Great stay as a family (6 people from three different generations). Apartment even bigger and nicer than the description on the site and the photos. Extremely well located between the train station from where trains depart to visit all the villages of the Cinque Terre and downtown Levanto which is also worth a visit, both within a 10-minute walk. We would have liked to have enjoyed the 2 beautiful terraces but the weather didn't allow us!
