A beautiful apartment with stunning views from the balcony. It was very clean, with nice touches like shampoo and conditioner provided. Claudio was very helpful and quickly fixed an issue with the air con. It was also really handy to be able to store our large suitcase after check-out. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cinque Terre! Thank you for our stay

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, clean and very well furnished apartment. Close to the train station for visits to the Cinque Terre. Also note a very nice balcony. But you must also spend time visiting La Spezia, which deserves more than being the starting point for the Cinque Terre. The apartment was so nice that we had a hard time leaving it. Congratulations to Davide and a special mention to his father for his kindness and efficiency.

Damiana's space was stunning! The views are out of this world and it felt cosy but with all the mod cons - excellent water pressure and temp in the rainfall shower, a dishwasher, full kitchen with dishwasher, good air-conditioning, the works! we felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately the town elevator just outside the entrance was under maintenance, but Damiana made sure to collect us from the station and show us the best route for getting our luggage to the flat - tiny bit slower, but thankfully no stairs. Damiana was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, very responsive and checked to make sure we were getting on okay. If we needed anything, I've no doubt she would have been able to help instantly. Perfect stay, thanks so much for having us!

We had a very good time in the apartment, it is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Simo was very friendly and helped us with information about our goals and transportation. The apartment is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view. ☀️

We truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Elvira and Alain’s apartment was. From the start, they gave us everything we needed to get around. The place was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We loved the high-quality appliances, the clean and cozy space—including the balcony—and the great attention to detail. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the train station, with easy access to Cinque Terre and nearby restaurants. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Elvira and Alain themselves. From the very beginning, they were warm, helpful, and supportive—offering suggestions on what to do, always being available, and thoughtful without ever being intrusive. They went above and beyond by helping us adjust our arrival after a train strike, assisting with a surprise birthday bouquet, and sharing their homemade tiramisu truffles. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Always recommended!

Arianna's apartment is perfect for a few days in the Cinque Terre. It is close to the train station and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Arianna picked us up when we arrived at the station which was very nice of her. Thanks ☺️

Nicolò was very friendly and communicated well from the moment of booking. The place was great and as described. Good location, near the sea but also a 25 min walk to the main station for Cinque Terre which was convenient for us. Would recommend!

Everything was super clean and as described. Parking is easily available for $1 per hour in the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Ferry Terminal. will definitely recommend

Fabio was very accommodating, welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips for La Spezia and the surrounding area. The apartment is very modern, clean and well equipped, e.g. to cook for yourself. About the location: Coming from the highway, the apartment is super easy to reach by car ~ Parking is virtually right outside the door. The city center of La Spezia is easily accessible during the day by public transport (bus and train). We would come back.

Our stay at this place was absolutely Amazing! We could not have dreamed of a better place to rent. The rooms were pristine and so simply elegantly decorated. The view out from both bedrooms was “knock out” gorgeous! We could have spent the whole time sitting in this apartment just relaxing with the view, but there were so many things to see and experience in this quaint village. The host Victoria was by far the best and most responsive and helpful host we have ever had. All instructions were very clear and she was helpful with any questions we had. She also made 2 dinner reservations for us at fabulous restaurants. We will definitely recommend this place to others and will try to come back here again in the future if we can!

We had a great week at Miriam and Roberto's. The hosting was very satisfactory in every respect. The apartment is large, well arranged and has all the necessary comfort for a family with a toddler. We were touched by the many attentions provided by the owners to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean with good quality furniture and appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized. The geographical location of the accommodation is advantageous for people who want to visit the 5 lands by train because it is a 10-minute walk from the train station. Small bonus: the apartment is located next to the public elevator that allows access to the pedestrian district of La Spezia. If this place is available , STOP looking ! It’s breathtaking ! The whole apartment is gorgeous but the view from both the small terrace and the huge one is heaven . Unobstructed views all around . Literally 360 degree view of paradise . Everything was perfect . Thank you so much Anna

The driveway is a bit adventurous, but it's worth it. We felt right at home, the apartment is superbly furnished and has a great bathroom. The view is breathtaking and worth the effort of the driveway. The jacuzzi is a special highlight. The neighboring apartment is a little noisy, but otherwise it is very quiet and peaceful. Mirella is incredibly friendly and responds very quickly. We can highly recommend the host and the apartment.

The location was perfect. Andrea met us at the train station to walk us to the apartment. The place was super clean and the bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. We loved the roof top terrace to have a drink before going out for dinner. Just a warning: there are lots of stairs and they were quite steep to the terrace so if you have mobility issues Cinque Terre may not be the best destination for you. We loved it.

It took a little work to find it, but wow what a reward awaits for those willing to make the effort. Patios with sweeping coastal views surround the entire amazing apartment. If you follow Gianni's instructions, you will get there! My only suggestion would be- bring backpacks or bags you can re-pack and carry from the parking lot if possible. Dragging suitcases along the very narrow/winding path to the apartment was a real challenge. If you are like us, Americans looking to get a taste of Italy away from our fellow countrymen, you couldn't pick a better place than Tellaro. I think we were the only Americans in town for the three days we were there. There are some great beaches nearby, but don't miss swimming off the rocks in town. And if you want to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, don't take the train from La Spezia, take the Cinque Terre boat from Lerici. You'll want to spend time in Porto Venere as well.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! You get an amazing view of both the town and of the ocean. The apartment is easy to find after watching the video. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our morning cup of coffee overlooking the city and the ocean!

The apartment is kind of "cool" for couples to stay. There is so space for two that you would never think you can find in an city apartment in Italy. Two toilets and two showers, what a treat. There was only one issue, which you can fix with earplugs. The extra noise is not coming from the street or neighbours, but through the roof. The apartment is in top floor and there are pigeons and seagulls on the roof. They walk around the roof and communicate with each other very early in the morning, you can hear that very well. This happened on three mornings out of four we stayed there. Maybe it was nesting season or something. But as said, use earplugs if this happens during your stay. The apartment itself is 100%.

Very lovely place with a super convenient location. It was very easy to both explore la Spezia, as well as grab the train to Cinque Terre. Robert was very proactive and responsive, providing us with local recommendations and information about the area. Would definitely stay again!
