Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of La Spezia

Wir 8 (2 Familien mit je 2 kleinen Kindern) hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus mit Traumsicht auf das Meer!! die Gegend ist atemberaubend, man kann das Cinque Terre gut mit dem Zug von Framura Bahnhof erkunden. die Wanderwege sind gut beschrieben und fantastisch! Die Betten im Zimmer sind frisch und sehr bequem, das Badezimmer gut und die Kleiderschränke bieten auch genug Stauraum. das kleind Dorf Framura ist zuckersüss und bietet eine der besten Pizzerias, eine Apotheke und zwei kleine Läden um das Notwendigste einzukaufen. kurz: wir kommen wieder, es war paradiesisch! :-) Caterina war stets verfügbar für Fragen , sehr netter, unkomplizierter Austausch, danke dir vielmals!

L'hébergement d'Anna est situé dans le petit village de Ponzo dont l'authenticité est ce que nous recherchons. Nous avons accédé aux 5 terre en voiture parce qu'à cette période, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Nous avons randonné dans le magnifique écrin du parc des 5 terre. Merci à Anna, qui a été une hôte très réactive, attentive à notre bien être.

Magnifique logement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout le nécessaire est present, tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci pour tout. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Just the most lovely stay, perfect place in the countryside and only 30mins from cinque terre and 1h from Pisa. Lovely town to walk in and plenty of food choices. Alessandro was really helpful and very responsive. We had a lovely pie waiting for us and fresh eggs throughout our stay. The place is great for families and plenty of room. Nous remercions Rita pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette belle région et pu profiter des nombreux conseils de Rita pour des adresses de restaurants, comment se déplacer le plus facilement possible, etc. La maison avec son jardin, étaient juste parfaits et l'endroit était très paisible. On a passé vraiment un séjour magnifique. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Francesca a été une hôte accueillante et réactive. Le maison est majestueuse et le cadre exceptionnel, le temps y semble suspendu. La literie est excellente et nous avons trouvé une maison très propre. Il vous faudra une voiture pour circuler, la plage la plus proche est Levanto, qui se situe à 30 minutes de voiture. Pise et Gênes sont à 1h, les Cinque Terre à 30 min par Levanto (prendre le train ensuite). On s’est aussi baigné dans la rivière à côté (5 min en voiture).

Kleines, einfaches Haus, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Polo, Elias Vater, hat uns im Ort abgeholt und den Weg gezeigt. Er ist ein aussergewöhnlich netter Mensch und hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad. We bezochten Cinque Terre met de trein en lopend, we vonden Sestri Levante ook erg aangenaam en het centrum beloopbaar vanaf de gratis parkeerplaats bij het station in de buurt. Ons favoriete uitje was Portovenere. We hebben een tweetal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt naar een beekje en rondje bij Sestri Levante. Dit appartement is voor dagjes wandelen en stadjes bezoeken een heerlijke comfortabele uitvalsbasis. Heel hartelijk dank!

Nice authentic Italian apartment in a lovely village. Great shower. Lots of quality cafes nearby. Had lots of fun with the locals at a volunteer festival that took place when we were there.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Paola,tolle Unterkunft in der autofreien Innenstadt,super Lage. Über Paola konnten wir ein Parkticket bekommen,mit dem wir das Auto problemlos über die Tage abstellen könnten. Vor Ort bräuchten wir es nicht,waren dann zu Fuß und/oder mit Zug unterwegs.Paola war gut erreichbar, antwortete schnell und zuverlässig. Alles super.

Nous avons passé, en famille, une semaine inoubliable. L’appartement est idéalement situé et la vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Chaque matin, nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’un panorama exceptionnel depuis les deux balcons. L’endroit est vraiment paisible, idéal pour oublier le stress quotidien du travail. L’appartement est bien aménagé et parfaitement propre. Les hôtes ont été chaleureux et accueillants. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour des moments relaxants loin du bruit et de la pollution de la ville. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !”

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location cannot be beat; 5 minute walk from the train station and the most amazing views. We visited all the villages in Cinque Terre and Monterosso was by far our favorite. The people, the restaurants, the laid back nature was exactly what we wanted. The train was not a bother at all; after the first night we didn't even hear it. The beds were both really comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the kitchen was the perfect size for us. I would say the couch was a bit uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time inside anyway. Fabrizio gave some great local recommendations as well and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

an extremely cosy and restful place with a truly helpful host. the way up the hill has its specific instructions which is not difficult at all, especially with a bus stop right in front of the place. Monia is helpful, responsive, and gives great recommendations. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for me especially having to wake up early the morning to work.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

Francesco was super helpful, the apartment was extraordinarily clean, his recommendations were great and we felt welcome immediately. The apartment itself is super spacious and has all you need!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Det här boendet var precis vad jag sökte för att skapa fina minnen med familjen. Här kunde tre generationer få gott om utrymme i otroligt vacker miljö. Väldigt smakfullt och inspirerande inrett. Alla hade varsitt badrum, alla inredda på personligt och vackert sätt. stort kök där vi kunde laga mat tillsammans och äta antingen på terassen eller inomhus på kvällen. Utsikten från terassen och alla sovrum var otrolig. Mans såg havet staden och bergen på andra sidan viken. Jag rekommenderar att man har en bil då det är en bra bit från staden och också högt upp i bergen. VI är tacksamma att vi kunde hyra detta vackra hus med mycket historia.

This is the Italian coast dream. Amazing house with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Very special!

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

we had a great stay in the wonderful house of Alberto and Graziela. we were very lucky with the sunny days,at this time of the year,so we still could enjoy the different (sun) terraces. our 2 border collies loved the garden and the walks we've made. The house is very authentic and comfortable . It has all we like: good shower, good bed, beautiful views, heating and even a fire place. The kitchen was well equipped, since in this time of season not all the restaurants are open anymore. The hamlet is only 12 minutes away from Levanto, but after driving the windy roads several times, you get easily used to it. If you like staying away from 'the crowds' in a beautiful quiet area, this is the place for you. Communication with Alberto and Graziella was very easy, they responded quickly to all the questions. very glad we've stayed here to discover the 5tierra area.

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.
