Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Fermo

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Great accomodation with lots of space, stunning view to the ocean, nice pool area and a lovely garden with lots of fruits to enjoy. Francesco was a very friendly host.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Cinzia was very welcoming, the house is large and comfortable with ample space. The house has a panoramic terrace at the top of a staircase. The stay was very pleasant. We'll be back.

Honestly one of the best hosts and stays I ever had. Raffaella is an amazing host; extremely friendly and kind. She offered to pick us up from the train station and on another day she picked us up from the supermarket as we were yet to get our car. She kept checking on us, gave us great restaurants recommendations and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat itself is very nice and spotless. Located very close to Fermo historical centre (walking distance) and easy connections to the towns around. Wifi is also good and stable if you need to do some zoom work calls. Overall very happy and I will definitely come back.

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

very nice, equipped and aesthetically fabulous structure. My personal opinion would be to mount mosquito nets in other rooms beyond the bathroom. Otherwise perfect,Sarah made us find bread, cake, and other good things, as well as a great bottle of fresh water that we really needed! Thank you Sarah and thank you Mark!

Beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse. Ground floor apartment, clean, very equipped, heated, air-conditioned, corresponding to the photos. Marco was very kind during the stay and for check-in. The location of the house is great with a car to visit the surroundings. The area is very quiet, with nice views of the hills and mountains. The property is adjacent to a very quiet provincial road and the exterior is shared with the owners who live in the adjacent house. A very pleasant stay.

I felt very comfortable and everything worked out fine. I am particularly grateful for the flexible check-in as I arrived later than expected. Francesco showed me everything and also gave me tips for places to eat! The house is very quiet, with parking and I slept well;) Thank you!

I'll start with the hospitality first: Deborah was always available. All questions could be answered quickly and easily. Furnishings and hygiene: The furnishings are of very high quality and well maintained. It is very stylishly decorated and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area: A beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy in the evening after a long day wonderfully and in absolute tranquility. Beautiful details such as light furniture were set up in the garden. Arrival: Immediately a great first meeting in the accommodation. A painstakingly compiled list with all the important information is laid out, so that you do not have to ask more and more open questions that arise during the stay Beach: The location to a beach consisting of sand can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Very inviting for children, as there is a great program for all ages Sun loungers with umbrellas can be rented. We: 2 adults + 2 kids. Were very satisfied.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

I stayed a week at Simona's apartment and I have to say, I had a great time. Everything was perfectly clean and extremely functional, the quality of the furnishings pleasantly surprised me. Excellent hospitality

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

A wonderful experience that Judith made possible for us. Our highlight: The fantastic view that takes you 24/7 on the large private terrace, incl. Sun loungers, a large table for meals, work and co. accompanied as well as a parasol. Wonderful. The tranquility, great excursion destinations in all directions and the super nice hostess Judith rounded out the picture for us. Judith is incredibly great: she is always there, brings 1st Mosquito help, takes care of if you need anything and even sent me my forgotten coat through half of Italy. As a welcome, she provided us with fresh fruit and she regularly brought us fresh eggs from her chickens. What more could you ask for!? To say goodbye, we enjoyed a great conversation with her. I stayed at Matteo's apartment in Porto San Giorgio and I can only speak highly of it. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every way, with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea and convenient to reach everything you need. Matteo proved to be an available, kind host, always ready to respond to every need with courtesy and timeliness. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for tranquility, comfort and a warm welcome. I would definitely go back!
