Wir hatten tolle Tage in Sirolo. Das Haus ist Gross und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und es hat sehr viel altmodische Deko und Sammelwaren. Ich war ein bisschen überforderd. Aber das Aussenleben und der grossen Park mit pool macht das alles wieder gut. Schlussendlich lebt man draussen. Carlo war der beste Host die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben. Immer erreichbar, schnelle Reaktionen auf sms sehr fürsorglich und freundlich. Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen tollen und absolut unkomplizierten zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen frisch renovierten Haus, das sich auf Anhieb wie daheim anfühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Cònero und die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Marie hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Als Yoga-Lehrerin war Marie außerordentlich kompetent und die genommenen Stunden sowie auch das individuell erstellte Programm waren sehr bereichernd.

We loved our stay! The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is really well set out. A great walkable location to lots of lovely places. We stayed with 3 young children and had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!

Abbiamo soggiornato in casale in 18 adulti e 4 bambini per due notti. Il soggiorno era completamente perfetto! Host è super gentile e disponibile. Il posto è meraviglioso. È fantastico per i grandi gruppi. C’è tutto il necessario, pulito ed è organizzato molto bene. Molto adatto ai bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

Sehr grosses Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche für grössere Gruppen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

Вилла Микелы для меня и моей семьи оказалась прекрасной во всех отношениях: внешний вид полностью соответствовал фотографиям и описаниям на сайте, а оснащенность виллы для отдыха с детьми даже превзошла наши ожидания, все мелочи были подобраны и продуманы тщательно и с любовью; игрушки для детей, детская площадка и гамак, средства для бассейна, прекрасное вино в качестве welcome drink, большой запас свежего белья и полотенец, прекрасно оборудованная кухня, куча рекомендаций по проведению досуга и всевозможные скидки по различным вариантам туристических поездок и многое другое. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает местоположение виллы, я была счастлива провести свои каникулы в таком тесном соседстве с природой парка Монтеконеро, при этом не лишая себя привычного комфорта и городских удобств. Стоит упомянуть, что для комфортного отдыха в таком удаленном от цивилизации месте просто необходим автомобиль, чтобы в течении нескольких минут оказаться либо в супермаркете, либо в туристическом центре Сироло, или в одном из чудесных городков по соседству, которые несомненно, заслуживают внимания искушённых путешественников. Я и моя семья с удовольствием рекомендуем вам Виллу Sole и Микелу в качестве гостеприимной и ответственной hostess. Мечтаем когда-нибудь вернуться туда вновь .

Such a pretty place! Pool is huge! Kitchen is well equipped Airco upstairs works good Beds are really nice and comfy! Communication with the company that manages the property is fast, professional and nice. Had an amazing stay

La villetta è dotata di tutti i comfort, dalle zanzariere, al forno a microonde, gli spazi sono ampi e ben vivibili anche per gruppi numerosi. Il giardino è una grande risorsa, e la doccia esterna con acqua calda veramente una bella sorpresa. La posizione è ottima, con breve passaggio privato per raggiungere il mare.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa villa super accessoriata e con una terrazza panoramica mozzafiato. La casa era molto ben pulita e non ci è mancato nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione collinare e ventilata rispetto al resto del paese anche se questo ha comportato la difficoltà nella mobilità verso le spiagge. Nulla da eccepire: tanto pagare tanto valere. Unico piccolo neo: la gestione delle docce in 8 persone non è stata semplice in quanto il boiler non produce acqua calda abbastanza velocemente da soddisfare le esigenze di tutti per cui abbiamo dovuto organizzarci con dei turni. per il resto tutto perfetto. Anche Piero si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile.
