Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Ancona

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Roberto’s place was absolutely lovely! With a marvellous view, a fairly short drive from the centre of Ancona but also in very peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect mix of convenience and calm. The house was spotless and very well equipped, with even more amenities than we’d expected. For 3 people, it was more than comfortable in terms of space, the beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the wifi very good, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect addition. Roberto was very friendly, proactive and clear in communication, and the check-in, as well as check-out, procedure was very smooth. I would be more than happy to stay at Roberto’s place once more when travelling to Ancona!

Erholungsoase auf dem Olymp Ein großes, historisches Steinhaus umgeben von einer unglaublich schönen Gartenanlage mit üppiger mediterraner Flora und Fauna angelegt auf drei Ebenen mit Olivenhainen und vielen verwunschenen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Staunen und Träumen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es überrascht mit zahlreiche Nischen, alte Türen, Stufen und atemberaubender Aussicht. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und man lustwandelt durch Haus und Garten, genießt den weiten Blick über die Hügellandschaft und die malerische Kulissen von Mondavio und Orciano und entdeckt immer wieder neue Perspektiven. Das Haus und der Garten geben ein Gefühl der Weite, Stille, Abgeschiedenheit im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt hier flinke Eidechsen, einen Wiedehopf, Spatzen und Glühwürmchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen,Gläsern, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die Besitzer teilen großzügig alles.

Davide's house was a nice blend of traditional and modern, with all the facilities you need. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for exploring Monte Conero with fantastic walking from the doorstep and 5 minutes drive to great beaches. Very nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. Davide was a very helpful host, who made my stay stress free at a testing time personally. Thanks Davide!

Wij zaten in de suite aan het pleintje. Waanzinnige kamer met een fijn bed en een werkelijk fenomenaal uitzicht op de heuvels en het museumpje (kerkje?). Je kunt je auto voor laden en lossen vrij dichtbij parkeren en daarna eenvoudig parkeren. De suite is uiterst sfeervol ingericht, tafeltje met twee krukjes. Leuke bank en een klein koffiehoekje. De slaapkamer boven is heel knus en gezellig. Let wel op de balken en het plafond boven, als je iets langer dan gemiddeld bent stoot je makkelijk je hoofd. Op het pleintje onder ons was een gezellig terrasje en kon je kleine hapjes bestellen. (voor Italiaanse begrippen wel aan de prijs). In het weekend kun je er ‘s morgens ontbijten. Ben je met zijn tweeën en op zoek naar hét plekje…? Gevonden!

Ottima accoglienza e splendido soggiorno. Vicini molto amichevoli. Vacanza rilassante molto adatta per chi ha bambini.

Posto molto tranquillo e isolato un po' lontano dal mare ma nel complesso bene. Vista mozzafiato per chi vuole passare un po' di tempo in aperta campagna è il posto ideale

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Nicola, und wir fanden es sehr schön! Ein gemütliches, liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Haus in toller Lage am Rand eines sehr schönen kleinen Ortes. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, abends sieht man Scharen von Glühwürmchen und hört die Frösche quaken. Fratte Rosa ist ein hübsches kleines Dorf in toller Lage mit wundervollen Ausblick, und obwohl der Ort sehr klein ist, gibt es eine ungewöhnlich gute Infrastruktur, z.b. einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke, einen Metzger, kleine Lokale etc. Außerdem kann man großartige Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen. Eine große Empfehlung von uns!

L'appartamento è stato ancora migliore di quanto risultava dalla descrizione e dalle foto. Era ben più di una casa in affitto, sembrava proprio di essere in una seconda casa con tutte le attrezzature e le comodità di casa propria. La vista è splendida su tutto il litorale di Numana, sia dal soggiorno/cucina, sia dall'ampio patio, sia dalla camera di sopra da cui si può osservare l'alba sul mare. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire e che di norma non si trova in case in affitto. Adriana e Franco sono stati molto accoglienti, disponibili e generosi: ci hanno fatto trovare cibo di prima necessità, ma anche prodotti vari e locali che sono stati molto graditi. Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni turistiche necessarie e ci hanno anche lasciato un "omaggio" che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Non potevamo trovarci meglio!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Romina è un host molto accogliente e gentile. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella sua dependance e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati accolti da lei di persona all’arrivo, con orario flessibile per il check-in, e guidati passo-passo su come ambientarci nel suo alloggio e nella zona, con diversi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. L’alloggio era perfettamente pulito e profumato, con anche a disposizione alcuni piccoli comfort non comuni da trovare in altri alloggi airbnb. Abbiamo avuto la compagnia anche dei suoi tre bellissimi cani in giardino, pacati e coccoloni. La zona offre moltissimo da visitare, noi in particolare abbiamo esplorato le spiagge più belle del Conero, vari borghi come Recanati, Jesi e Offagna e le grotte di Frasassi, solo per fare alcuni esempi. Consiglio l’alloggio di Romina, ci si sente a casa.

Cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza nei confronti dell’ospite! La casa è situata al secondo piano di un palazzo molto carino, ascensorato. Abbiamo trovato la casa riscaldata! Consigliatissimo!

Det var den dejligste ferie og særligt vil vi fremhæve rammerne omkring og i huset men også Frediano som stod for at hjælpe os med kontakt til restauranter m.m. Han hjalp os rigtig meget, og eftersom vi var en større flok med forskellige familier havde vi også forskellige behov så der måtte justeres indimellem. Vi kan til hver en tid anbefale et ophold her, vi følte os fuldkommen hjemme og ønsker os at komme tilbage om fem år. Tak til Frediano igen, du var en kæmpe hjælp for os!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

Wij waren met vrienden een week bij het prachtige huis van Claudia en Claudio. Het is werkelijk een eldorado, Een prachtig zwembad en een jaccuzi. Het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch en er heerst een enorme rust. Het is puur natuur en we genoten van het schouwspel van de vluurviegjes Er is een Pizzaoven die echt professioneel is. Kortom fantastisch en een aanrader. Wij waren met 4 maar met 6 of 8 kan ook prima

Unser Aufenthalt in Villa Lunas war perfekt - sehr ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit vom Geschehen entfernt. Das Angebot ist spitze und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert - auch mit Kind!

Vacanza perfetta, l'alloggio era pulitissimo e fornito praticamente di tutto, biancheria impeccabile ed ogni comfort. Ma la parte spettacolare per noi è stato l' esterno con prato curatissimo, piscina ad uso esclusivo con lettini, un patio rilassante e barbecue attrezzato per ogni tipo di brace. Claudia è stata un host sempre presente e reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa poi è in posizione strategica per raggiungere molti borghi interessanti da visitare. Insomma per noi è stata veramente una esperienza molto positiva e contiamo di ripeterla ancora. Grazie Claudia ed ancora complimenti

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Alloggio molto bello con spazi adeguati ad ospitare un gruppo numeroso di persone (noi eravamo 12). Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso Casa Bellavista, alloggio che sicuramente esprime meglio tutte le sue potenzialità in stagione estiva ma comunque adattissimo anche per chi vuole passare un weekend in compagnia in una zona molto tranquilla. Celeri nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili, sicuramente valuteremo se tornare anche d’estate per trascorrerci qualche giorno.

Posizione comoda per visitare la zona del Conero, casa pulita e fornita di tutto, non manca nulla. Benedetta, che ci ha accolto, è sempre stata disponibile e reattiva. Consigliato!

Wat een lieve host en familie! We kwamen door autopech een dagje later aan maar door de flexibiliteit van de host was dat helemaal prima. Op tips van de host hebben we vele plekken bezocht en als we in de buurt moeten zijn komen we zeker nog eens. Echt een aanrader! Bedankt Stephania voor het prettige verblijf tot de volgende keer😉
