An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

The accommodation consists of: kitchen with kitchenette, private bathroom, double bedroom. The nearest parking lot is 50 meters away and is a free municipal parking lot.

Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
