The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Located less than half an hour from Alleghe, Falcade, Canale d'Agordo and less than an hour from Arabba and the summit of Marmolada, this place is for you if you want to experience and explore the mountain in 360 degrees. Characteristic apartment located in the village of Parech di Agordo, at the foot of the mountains (very close to the start of the trails) and within walking distance of the center. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a window, and a stairwell to be used as a storage room. Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.
